13th Aug 2024 (17 weeks ago)Didn’t ring us for weeks and when we complained they said that they only ring once a month but if we would like more then they would ring more???? Only got 1 viewing in 12 weeks. Just don’t push enough to get people through the door. Moved to another agent and in the 2 weeks we’ve been with them we’ve got 7 viewings in 2 weeks and 1 second viewing. What a difference!!!
12th Aug 2024 (17 weeks ago)We changed to FSS from another agent who we were not happy with. FSS were efficient, always pick up the phone when you call and always available to do viewings. They give sound advice and we would recommend them to anyone.

25th Aug 2024 (15 weeks ago)Requires a heavy hand of prompting to say the least. A highlight is that on completion we were offered keys for the wrong house. The jobs get done, eventually, so I can't do 1 star. But I won't be using bartles in the future

They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. Thank you to you both!
31st Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)I want to share my disappointing experience with [Property Dealer's Name] in Leeds. I strongly advise against buying, selling, or renting property through this dealer. The property they rented to me had multiple issues, which I reported immediately. Despite this, it took them approximately six months to address the problems. Additionally, they initially assured me that the lease could be extended, only to later refuse to extend it after a few months. While leaving the property they deduct huge amount from your deposit. So be careful to note down and email them every minor issue. In my opinion, dealing with this agent has been more trouble than it's worth. Please be cautious if considering their services.

Alex has a friendly, approachable and very professional manner and was instrumental in keeping the process moving in what was not the most straightforward of sales. Alex kept me fully informed throughout the process, even continuing to keep me updated while he was ill with Covid, which was definitely beyond the call of duty!

7th Dec 2024 (4 days ago)We bought our house in East Keswick from Furnell. We bought after our first viewing with Victoria who was absolutely brilliant - knowledgeable, kind and very patient so weren't rushed at all. Our conveyancing process was painful and Victoria kept me informed and helped me triangulate the truth and move things forward when they got stuck which was often. We don't plan to ever sell but if we did, we would not consider anyone else. 5-star service from lovely people.

22nd Jul 2024 (20 weeks ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again

Liam was extremely knowledgeable, clued in on the local area and how to market the property to its best effect. The property was uploaded Thurs evening and by Monday afternoon, e.g. 4 days later we had received 6 viewings and an offer over the starting price. This experience far outweighed our expectations and Liam is a real pro in an industry that can been seen as somewhat cut throat. Liam set realistic expectations and over delivered on those expectations. I would highly recommend The Agency UK as a result. Thank you ????

They know the area extremely well and the market. I would highly recommend GSC Grays at Boroughbridge. The conveyancing team were also very good and kept us informed as the sale progressed to completion. Thank you.

The house was originally on the market with another estate agent with no luck, I changed to Monroe who sold it within a couple of weeks. The service from Isabelle and Inez were very professional and were a credit to work with.
