18th May 2024 (1 year ago)Invited Michael Graham around to value our property and agreed to go on with them but had to chase them a week later as we had not heard anything. Finally, they got in touch, and we arranged for photos and floor plans to be sorted. I also signed and completed all the paperwork. A week and a half later, still nothing, so I called them twice, each time leaving a message for a call back, but never got a call back. 4 weeks after last speaking with Graham and telling him that communication was key for my wife and I, we still have not had a call, txt, or an email. Clearly, Michael Graham does not want a 600k+ listing.
25th Apr 2020 (5 years ago)I was really pleased with the service that Sell like new provided me when buying this property. This was my first ever purchase of a property, so i was new to the whole process, but my estate agent maid the process feel easy and not so daunting. If ever i had any questions he was always on call to answer and reassure me.I felt he handled it professionally and worked quickly to get to the completion of the sale. In conclusion, i was very happy with them as my estate agent and would definitely recommend to anyone as they provided an excellent service.

17th Oct 2025 (8 weeks ago)Don’t know how sellers use agents like that. Literally don’t ever get back to your enquiries or emails. Calls redirected to so centre. Clueless about the property. This is why I would never use an agent. I wanna see the property but comms are tragic, I am persistent so I might see it, but most buyers won’t bother. Hiring them is a real disadvantage while selling your home. Terrible
