He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, which is really great when you are new to something and don't know what you don't know! I would recommend Jake and the team to anyone looking to rent out their property.

15th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Went into the office in August expecting a professional valuation, was given a half hearted response and price based on a few photos on my phone and given a ridiculous management fee with no real explanation of what they would offer for the charges. Said I was not going to go ahead and have received nonstop calls ever since. I had asked to be removed from their system and directly asked Mihai Vilceanu the lettings manager to please stop calling and to remove me but clearly this has not happened as I am still receiving calls weekly telling me they have “lots of landlords renting out properties”. Baring in mind I initially came in as a prospective landlord,I’m not entirely sure how this has translated into me now being someone looking to rent, nor why connells and particularly Mihai seems unable to listen to simple GDPR requests to be removed. I asked for his managers details today for a form complaint and he refused and said the only way for me to make a complaint is for him to send me the form via email. I pointed out I was asking them to not contact me and the whole point of that was to also include not sending me emails and he laughed. Appalling customer service and clearly an inability to listen. Dread to think how they would have looked after my property.

27th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Unfortunately had a bad experience lately with Robinsons, we rented until recently, god fobid if you have a major problem with the property you rent from them, they dont answer your emails or calls, its as if they dont care, they've got your money thats all they are interested in, thier employees make empty promises, perhaps they should just stick to selling houses, that way once it done you dont need to deal with them again

Connor took us for a couple of viewings before we found the ONE with all the right sound bites- ideal location in central Dunstable, Historical building beautifully restored and fitted out and very reasonably priced. The whole Lettings team including Hannah and Regan also played a big part in keeping in touch, sorting out the Admin work and settling me in. Very authentic in their timely communication, chasing up enquiries and thoroughly nice Real Estate professionals to deal with. Thank you Alexander’s.

Phil in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when purchasing my first home. I could ring the office at any time and knew the team at country properties would do everything they could to assist. The team listened to me and took the time to help with issues I was having with my solicitors and allowed me to view the property as many times as I wanted. 18th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

Every member of the team I have met and communicated with have been professional and efficient. The photos they took of our property were excellent, with expertly digitally inserted furniture in rooms that were vacant. A What's App group was set up for constant communications between EweMove and ourselves which we found really useful. I recommend EweMove to anyone selling or buying a property. Thanks for your help everyone.

I had viewed over 20 houses and this estate agency was one of the best among all, as I requested multiple viewings and to satisfy my purchase and mind. They were okay to bookinn and show me they property even on weekends. I highly recommend Giggs and Bell estate agency for property purchases and I will definetly ring them first for my second property…

They were able to take us through a very long new sale and we’re not only friendly but very professional too . Both Sue and Kieran were always there either on the phone or via email . Whatever we asked of them they always came back the same day . We always felt assured that they were making sure things stayed in track . We would highly recommend them to anyone. If we dare we’re to move again we would not hesitate to use Penrose .Thank you so much !!!
