The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. He knew the house inside and out, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was happy to explain details about the property and the local area. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and gave me practical advice that really helped me understand what I could realistically afford.<br><br>I really appreciated that he took the time to go through my income and borrowing options with me and never made me feel like just another customer.<br><br>In my opinion, Luke is the best mortgage advisor in Leighton Buzzard. His invaluable non pushy help and advice quickly made us decide that EweMove were the estate agents we wanted to help us sell.<br>The communication is great throughout, a little WhatsApp group is made, which makes arranging viewings so easy. After every viewing feedback is also given. It was great knowing the team were only a message or a call away if needed.<br>We can’t thank Chris, Ceri and Sam enough for making our first house sale go so smoothly. Thank you!

Carl’s team along with Kat could not have done more and were full of communications and feedback and more importantly, genuine potential buyers. Within weeks we were under offer and our period of huge uncertainty drew to a close. I cannot thank Orchid enough. We were made to feel like we were their only customer.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
