The whole team were super responsive at all times and were really helpful in guiding our decisions about marketing and pricing our property. We had a regular level of interest and ultimately were able to agree a sale with one of the offers we received. Once agreed the team again were proactive, responsive and helpful in ensuring that the sale completed. I couldn't recommend them highly enough

He knew the house inside and out, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was happy to explain details about the property and the local area. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. A real credit to the estate agency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

From day dot you were amazing you helped throughout the horrific journey we had with our first time buying a property. You made everything so smooth and helped when you really didn’t have to but that help meant so much to us! We wish we went with Brown and Merry for our purchase but unfortunately the house we wanted was through another agent but I could tell you for sure we would of never had the experience we did from the other agent if we went with Brown and Merry as everyone there at the Leighton branch is just wonderful. But Luke especially who was our broker went over and beyond and we cannot thank him enough. Luke we hope you see this and realise how much you helped and supported us. If anyone is ever thinking of choosing Luke this is your reason why. Luke thank you for being you and being so amazing at what you do. Thanks again Will & Bex

I was nervous about the process of buying a house, having never done it before, but a particular shoutout to Phil who kept me up to date with everything the whole time, was full of advice and just generally made the process from start to finish a complete breeze for me. From the start of our journey, the communication has been consistently great. We had a group chat set up which made it really easy to keep in touch. It has felt like we are communicating with friends. The marketing of the property has also been top notch. Matthew and Adam have both been extremely knowledgeable and given us great guidance through this whole process and we are really thankful to both of them and the team at Lion Estates. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

17th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.
