Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. 29th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)Picked up the keys to my son’s new house yesterday from Amy Woolley, we could not of been more impressed with how she dealt with us, seriously if I could give her 10 stars I would ?????? My son had a long wish list for his first step on the property ladder and knew he might have to compromise to find something in his budget . Amy lined up several properties to view on the same day and was extremely professional and patient. He then made an offer on his favourite one . Amy explained the purchase process step by step and kept in contact throughout . I would have no hesitation recommending Williams estate to anyone looking to Buy, sell or rent . Stephen cox
1st Apr 2024 (24 days ago)The verbal valuation that we received was £25K higher than the valuation that we received on paper from Oakleys (24 hours later). After one month with lots of viewings but no offers we decided to change agent and accepted an offer above asking price within 3 days of being on the market. They have a good reputation in the area but we were disappointed.
3rd Feb 2022 (2 years ago)First rate customer service from Vanessa and Hadley. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, which is really great when you are new to something and don't know what you don't know! I would recommend Jake and the team to anyone looking to rent out their property.
12th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Terrible service, was lied to. Got told that the buyers of my house had everything in place and were cash buyers. Only to be told that there mortgage wasnt approved. They will say anything to get a sale. Also no communication from them, waiting ages for a reply from emails and never felt the need to let us know when the first buyer of our house pulled out. Would never recommend and can not wait till we can move estate agent's

They definitely made the purchasing process as pain-free as possible. Communicating with Quarters was easy and efficient. From a buyers perspective they offered top notch customer service. Phil in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when purchasing my first home. I could ring the office at any time and knew the team at country properties would do everything they could to assist. The team listened to me and took the time to help with issues I was having with my solicitors and allowed me to view the property as many times as I wanted. I Cannot fault Country properties and will recommend them to everyone.

Every member of the team I have met and communicated with have been professional and efficient. The photos they took of our property were excellent, with expertly digitally inserted furniture in rooms that were vacant. A What's App group was set up for constant communications between EweMove and ourselves which we found really useful. I recommend EweMove to anyone selling or buying a property. Thanks for your help everyone.

20th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)I happily excluded the Inventory checks, but agents convinced me (landlord) to take an inventory check with additional charges, so I decided to take it. After the full report there was no mention of water meter reading taken. Surprisingly they didn't know where it was, and eventually found it, with my help, but now could not read the meter. Maybe too lazy to bend over and clean the meter, to be able to check. Failed to report to the Thames Water company after my request, as I was outside of the country. After my approach to the water company no complaint was logged on. Not surprised. No different than other Estate Agents. Send a 16 years old boy to check the water meter and guess what he did the Job. I wouldn’t call unprofessionals, but clearly no interest in providing an extra mile of service, to keep a smile on landlords, or tenants. And thank God for not giving them a Full Management.

I had viewed over 20 houses and this estate agency was one of the best among all, as I requested multiple viewings and to satisfy my purchase and mind. They were okay to bookinn and show me they property even on weekends. He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
