I was dealing mostly with Ellie Felgueiras and she is not only very presentable, but knowledgeable and supportive throughout to find me the right tenant. She made it a swift and smooth experience for which I am very grateful and highly recommend Savills. I will definitely use them in the future if necessary.

She was available via email and phone, ready to answer any queries and questions I had. She kept me up to date throughout the whole process and most importantly she worked her magic to find me a fantastic tenant.
25th Oct 2025 (16 days ago)I have used Robsons over the years for many house sale and purchase transactions. They have always been super helpful and professional and always got the job done. Last interaction was in Summer 2025 to sell a house in Harrow. The partner at their Pinner office Paul Tindley is simply wonderful. He is one of the best estate agents I have known. He makes himself available at all times. Paul pursues all open issues to close them out quickly and is very easy to work with. I highly recommend both Robsons as well as Paul Tindley.

In particular Andy who had to step in to facilitate the sale could not have done more. It wasn't plain sailing but the deal went ahead with his support all along the way. Could not recommend more highly.

25th Oct 2025 (16 days ago)We agreed to pay a re-letting fee after giving notice due to personal reasons, but the agency failed to find new tenants and the letting agent even told us our property wasn’t “important enough” compared to the one next door. Now they’ve kept our entire deposit despite our cooperation. For 2 months I have been passed from one agent to another, and been told “somebody will get in touch”. Our property agent almost hung up on me every time I was calling. Very disappointing service, lack of empathy, and unprofessional!

We had a complex chain so completion was challenging, Sarah was simply amazing here. She was happy to contact an unrelated chain (my partner's) chase and provide regular updates whilst also managing the chain attached to my property. From start to finish the team are approachable, personable and efficient.

Incredibly helpful, proactive, and professional, Charlie went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. He found us a tenant very quickly and kept us informed every step of the way. It’s been a real pleasure dealing with him, and we’re so grateful for his support as we begin our journey as landlords. I have been fortunate to find a great letting agent and as a landlord for 7 years with VA have found Venessa, Emma, Louise, Gavin, Winston and admin to be very responsive to my requests ( I can be a very particular pain!) Peace of mind for me and highly recommended 23.10.25 Just wanted to comment how professional Winston was today. Nice to speak with agents who are knowledgeable and helpfull. 21st Oct 2025 (20 days ago)? ????? Extremely Poor Service – Avoid if You Can My experience with Indigo (Luton Barton Road) has been terrible. I’ve been trying to rent a property through them, but there’s been zero communication or progress. No one bothers to give updates, and every time I chase for answers, I’m just told they “need more time.” It’s clear they have no real interest in helping customers or getting things done. Completely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with — I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
