6th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

10th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Not happy arranged a viewing to see a commercial property they cancelled 5 times on me coming up with excuses. Totally unprofessional jokers and while still awaiting to view never to contact or follow up. Pathetic company and agents
30th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)I originally contacted Jacob to carry out a probate valuation of my late parents property. I was impressed as this was done respectfully and with empathy. This was a 'driver' when the property later went up for sale, and the reason I selected Orchid Estate Agents. Jacob was professional throughout the sale. He has excellent communication skills. He gave regular pertinent updates, and addressed any queries and concerns. He is the best estate agent I have dealt with, and a credit to his profession. 17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
