1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)We honestly can’t thank Rob enough for everything he did for us throughout what turned into an incredibly long and stressful process of selling our old (shared ownership) home.<br><br>We faced so many difficult situations along the way, including losing our original buyer, a down valuation, changes of solicitors and numerous delays and complications that could have easily made the whole process even more stressful. Through all of this, Rob was always there to help, keep things moving and do whatever he could to get us over the line.<br><br>What really stood out to us was how much Rob genuinely cared. He went above and beyond what we expected from an estate agent and was always approachable, reassuring and willing to help, even when things were completely out of his control. He kept communicating with us throughout and never made us feel like we were dealing with everything on our own. He was always really quick to reply when we had any questions.<br><br>After such a long and difficult journey, we’re so grateful that we had Rob on our side. Not only is he fantastic at what he does, but he’s also a genuinely great person who clearly takes pride in helping his clients.<br><br>We couldn’t recommend Rob highly enough. Thank you for helping us through all the ups and downs, and ultimately getting us over the line and so we could move into our new home!

What really stood out was how much attention he paid to what my wife and I were actually looking for.<br><br>Rather than simply showing us properties, Harry took the time to understand all the little intricacies of our requirements and even remembered them throughout the process.<br><br>He is a top professional, and his knowledge, attention to detail and personable approach made the whole experience so much easier. I’d struggle to recommend Harry highly enough, an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real credit to the estate agency.

One thing that stood out for us was how quickly she responds to emails, and also how on the pulse she was when chasing our solicitor. She made things happen much faster than they would have otherwise. Her urgency and professionalism along with her wealth of knowledge makes her stand out from the rest. We highly recommend Anna.

Took his time to listen to us and ensure that our property was marketed in the best way. He gave an accurate estimate of our property’s value. Photos were excellent and helped to sell our house I’m sure. Several viewings were secured quickly and our house sold at above the asking price within days. The sales negotiator was experienced and helped us to secure a really good price. All was done quickly but we didn’t feel rushed and were kept updated at every stage. All in all a good experience and we are happy sellers.

They came and took some very professional looking pictures of our house and we were on the market within 5 days of the initial meeting. Communication was fantastic with regular feedback on viewings and the team were always reachable if we had a question or were after some advice. All of their hard work resulted in a sale (STC) in just 18 days!<br>We can’t thank the team from Ewemove Leighton Buzzard enough and would highly recommend to anybody looking to sell in the area!

10th May 2022 (4 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

6th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for better support from Sharon and Amelia throughout our sale.<br><br>What should have been a fairly straightforward move turned into a much more stressful journey than we expected, with delays and complications along the way. Throughout all of it, Sharon and Amelia were absolutely brilliant. They were approachable, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting things over the line for us.<br><br>There were times when communication between solicitors became frustrating, and having Sharon and Amelia at the other end of the phone chasing things, finding out what was happening and keeping everyone connected made a huge difference. We never felt like we were just another transaction to them.<br><br>Amelia in particular was fantastic at keeping in touch and helping us understand what was happening behind the scenes, while Sharon’s experience and support gave us a lot of reassurance when things became stressful.<br><br>After finally getting the keys and being able to look back at the whole journey, we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.<br><br>Thank you Sharon and Amelia — you were a huge part of getting us into our new home and we genuinely appreciate it. ????????<br><br>Would recommend them without hesitation.

From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.
