Correspondence is mainly via email and I can be assured that any queries I have will be answered within 24 hours or less. I find it refreshing to have such dealings. Having always rented properties, I have met some unsavory agents along the way. It is a relief to deal with a company who are not just about working with the client (Landlord) but also about giving the tenant the best service possible too. I would highly recommend Stratfords to anyone looking to either rent or buy a property.
3rd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)I can’t thank Nicole, Sophie or Jodie enough, the old tenants left and the house had to have a lot of work done, the whole lettings team helped me out with everything and then they rented it out (once all the work had been completed) in such a short time (6 weeks). Such a good team, well done girls. I would happily recommend you.

12th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Terrible service, was lied to. Got told that the buyers of my house had everything in place and were cash buyers. Only to be told that there mortgage wasnt approved. They will say anything to get a sale. Also no communication from them, waiting ages for a reply from emails and never felt the need to let us know when the first buyer of our house pulled out. Would never recommend and can not wait till we can move estate agent's

Once again, I have been highly satisfied with the friendly, professional way they have dealt with the sale.

His calm, can do attitude is just what is needed when navigating the largest purchase many of us will make. Andrew is honest and built huge trust through his actions and genuine kindness, not a service you find everywhere! The mortgage broker Kerrie was also very helpful and got us some great deals on mortgages and insurance, I did however have a few issues with the solicitors that they recommended for the conveyancing. Overall would recommend.

However, pressure tactics were used which I felt came from mustard agents not the buyers, e.g. completion must be completed by such a date or the buyer pulls out. These ultimatums proved to be meaningless but caused considerable stress and inconvenience.

Every member of the team I have met and communicated with have been professional and efficient. The photos they took of our property were excellent, with expertly digitally inserted furniture in rooms that were vacant. A What's App group was set up for constant communications between EweMove and ourselves which we found really useful. I recommend EweMove to anyone selling or buying a property. They were very professional, highly knowledgeable about the local market, helpful and very supportive. Always available to answer our questions and provide us with all the information we needed. Nick, Sam and Tom made us feel like we are their only clients, even though we knew they had many at the same time. The team always had our best interests in mind and made sure we get the best possible outcome. We highly recommend Alexander Lawrence to anyone looking for real estate agents. He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
