They take care of everything so efficiently, which gives me complete peace of mind and means I don’t have to worry about the day-to-day management of my property.<br><br>Communication is always excellent. They keep me updated when needed, are very responsive, and deal with everything quickly and efficiently. I feel completely confident trusting them to manage my property and know that everything is being taken care of properly.<br><br>The whole team are always friendly, professional and approachable. I couldn’t ask for a better service and would highly recommend Stratfords to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent to manage their property.

7th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)Oh dear, what can I say?<br>Review of our four bedroomed property included comments on six bedrooms but also said there were no signs of multiple occupation. Interesting for a property tenanted by a family of four.<br>Our contract was with Beasleys, Woburn Sands but inspection carried out by MK Property & Lettings Ltd.<br>The photos were clear but some of the comments questionable.<br>The inspector failed to turn up on time and after multiple phone calls arrived saying "how lucky, i was on my way to Bletchley when my car broke down. Fortunate that I was nearby".

1st Sep 2026 (26 days ago)Had a excellent experience with Lesley from Urban & Rural.<br><br>When I went to view the property, she was very welcoming, honest and had great communication skills. As a first-time buyer, I felt safe knowing this was the right choice. As the sale progressed, the conveyancing process took longer than expected and slightly stressful. Lesley was very consistent with communication, checked in regularly and kept me in the loop, letting me know what needed to be done to get to the finish line. We got there in the end! I'm so grateful and would highly recommend :)

This is a short review regarding Michael Campbell of Northwood Newport Pagnell ( Milton Keynes ) ! I am theLandlord of an apartment in the Tesco development of Newton Rd , Bletchley ! Two weeks ago I received an email notification from Landswood , the block management company stating that a leak was reported to the apartment directly below mine and would I deal with it ! My own tenant saw and dealt with the leak immediately it occurred and as he is in the building construction trade,fixed the slow leak from the washing machine pipe ! The leak stopped !The tenants below were away for 3 days and therefore did not report the leak until they got back and by which time it had already been rectified by my tenant ! Had the leak been reported immediately there probably would not have been any observable wetness ! But we ( tenant, myself and Northwood acted immediately) and averted a bugger issue ! Michael assisted me by constructing a succinct email referring to the details and Reminding Landswood that I pay them a substantial amount in my monthly Service charge to cover such eventualities and the circumstances of the leak bearing in mind that we acted quickly , would be covered by the Insurers ! I am most impressed by Michael’s expertise and professionalism in the manner with which he dealt with the situation and in the support and care shown towards me as a Northwood customer and landlord of one the properties which they rent and manage ! I would recommend Northwood MK to any landlord that wants peace of mind when renting a property and one that maybe distantly located from their own home ! Thank you Mr Campbell and to Northwood for employing excellent professionals ! Peter

6th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for better support from Sharon and Amelia throughout our sale.<br><br>What should have been a fairly straightforward move turned into a much more stressful journey than we expected, with delays and complications along the way. Throughout all of it, Sharon and Amelia were absolutely brilliant. They were approachable, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting things over the line for us.<br><br>There were times when communication between solicitors became frustrating, and having Sharon and Amelia at the other end of the phone chasing things, finding out what was happening and keeping everyone connected made a huge difference. We never felt like we were just another transaction to them.<br><br>Amelia in particular was fantastic at keeping in touch and helping us understand what was happening behind the scenes, while Sharon’s experience and support gave us a lot of reassurance when things became stressful.<br><br>After finally getting the keys and being able to look back at the whole journey, we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.<br><br>Thank you Sharon and Amelia — you were a huge part of getting us into our new home and we genuinely appreciate it. ????????<br><br>Would recommend them without hesitation.
