Whilst the general service was okay from an agent level, now that I’m awaiting the legitimate refund of holding deposit I’m simply being ghosted by senior management. The agent was kind enough to acknowledge and respond to emails initially with the promise that someone would be in contact. Zero response from the company management has been received almost 1 month later, despite numerous requests. They’ve simply left junior colleagues to respond with ambiguous statements. If they were challenging the repayment I would understand a response to that effect, it’s the lack of response that is most concerning.

5th Jun 2026 (23 days ago)I’m writing this after more than a year with MK Property and their subsidiary, Venture Residential, and the experience has grown genuinely positive over time. It took me a little while to settle into their way of working — emails, the repair portal, the accounts portal — especially as I was used to a single point of contact. But once I adjusted, everything became much easier. The team has been consistently kind, responsive, and reassuring. They keep me informed about any changes or issues with the property and take the stress of day?to?day management off my shoulders. A special mention to Julia, Kevin, and Sandeep, who have each been wonderfully supportive in their roles. I’m very comfortable recommending them.

Regan, Rob and Roger provided an excellent service, always easy to reach and helpful; they went out of their way on many occasions to make it happen. Overall, they were thoughtful and very professional throughout the process. I know who to go to if I ever want to sell.

Amisha also played a big part as she had answers to every question and made it an enjoyable experience from her professionalism and bubbliness.

Sam end to end has been just the absolute best and a huge asset to a wonderful team! Quite honestly every member of the team I've spoken to throughout the process from viewing a property - right through to completion and beyond has just flown way above expectations. They are for sure the most personable, reliable and friendly estate agents I've ever had dealings with (and I've dealt with many over the years). 20th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)We recently sold our house with Urban + Rural Bletchley, we worked with David, Fin and Molly. They've worked really hard to secure us a quick and sucessful sale for a price we were really happy with. The sale moved very very quickly, the team had three viewings organised within the first week of listing the property, we accepted an offer on the house less than a week later. They've been very organised with communication, David set up a family WhatsApp group for us so we could keep a track of messages together, one of the team would always be on call to answer any queries we had. The listing for the house was great, it showed the property in its best light, the photography was very well done. The house was unfurnished prior to the sale so David produced some additional images for us with furniture present to give prospective buyers an idea of what the house could look like. I think the overall quality of the listing helped us to get a good number of viewings in a short space of time. The sale process itself was straightforward and the team made sure any checks and documents we needed were handled quickly. I would highly recommend Urban + Rural, they were calm, efficient and very professional and kept a potentially stressful process as smooth and easy as possible.

10th May 2022 (4 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

From the start of our journey, the communication has been consistently great. We had a group chat set up which made it really easy to keep in touch. It has felt like we are communicating with friends. The marketing of the property has also been top notch. Matthew and Adam have both been extremely knowledgeable and given us great guidance through this whole process and we are really thankful to both of them and the team at Lion Estates. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

17th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.

From the valuation through to getting the sale agreed and helping things progress, they were professional, approachable and easy to deal with. They gave us good guidance, kept things clear, and were always happy to help whenever we had questions and press for chase ups with multiple parties. Luke was great in helping us get the property on the market, advising on pricing and moving in the right direction, and Tabitha was really helpful throughout the sales progression side, keeping us updated and helping chase things along when needed. We really appreciated their support during what was a busy, important time for us and a challenges process. Thanks again to Luke, Tabitha and the Connells Bletchley team.
