12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Overall our experience working with Michael Anthony was positive, there were a couple of times where we weren’t receiving feedback after the viewings from them, but once we raised this they then ensured they got back to us in a timely manner after that. We didn’t always agree with their approach to pricing but we didn’t feel any pressure to make decisions we weren’t comfortable with. Dani and Derek were great to work with and we are happy with the sale we achieved.

15th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)TW were instructed at the second agent after I felt my original agent was not getting the results the house merited. Their marketing materials much better and viewing feedback and Street Platform better than of the other agent. Overall please, and whilst not achieved the desired asking price, this was more down to market circumstances, I am pleased with the Taylor Walsh agency
6th Oct 2020 (3 years ago)I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work ????

From day one, Victoria showed a professionalism and a knowledge of the local area. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. From enquiries to viewings arranged, Victoria made ensured that we were supported and informed throughout the entire journey. Her guidance in presenting the bungalow to show it at it's best and expert advice made the whole experience much less stressful than we initially thought. Moreover, everyone we interacted with in the Chinnor team was friendly and knowledgeable, which made us feel confident and at ease. We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
