Everyone I have dealt with so far has been friendly and super accommodating. Correspondence is mainly via email and I can be assured that any queries I have will be answered within 24 hours or less. I find it refreshing to have such dealings. Having always rented properties, I have met some unsavory agents along the way. It is a relief to deal with a company who are not just about working with the client (Landlord) but also about giving the tenant the best service possible too. I would highly recommend Stratfords to anyone looking to either rent or buy a property.

16th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Quite disappointed with the services received. After that have presented us with an incorrect solicitor quote we chose them and we had to pay more by the end of the process. Then when we had to go to the house and make some measurements, the agent was 30 min late and arrive with no keys of the properties. And on the date of the completion, the branch manager, who was our point of contact throughout the whole process, decided to take the day off. Not recommending.

Advice given whenever asked for, and always replied to questions. Looked after all the house viewings, and followed up after each viewing. Once an offer was accepted Michael Graham then chased this through, with other Agents in the chain, solicitors and my buyer. They also helped with finding a solicitor and remover. Many thanks. Stuart

Stuart was always on hand to answer any questions and help move things along when needed. The mortgage broker Kerrie was also very helpful and got us some great deals on mortgages and insurance, I did however have a few issues with the solicitors that they recommended for the conveyancing. Overall would recommend.
12th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I rented a house with these agents for a year and I would not recommend them. They are very difficult to contact for maintenance issues and some fixes they said would be finished before we even moved in (e.g. fitting curtains in the bedroom, repainting the walls was 'done' very badly as they were different patch colours of white) were never completed during our tenancy. They also tried to withhold our deposit at the end of tenancy due to items being left in the house... even tho I had previously agreed with them that, as the items where there when we arrived, they could stay at no cost to us. Luckily I had emails to back this up so we did get most of our deposit back. But even when we agreed an amount of the deposit to return to us (almost the total sum), when they sent it to my bank it was less and what we had agreed. When I left them know this they did send the rest however I wouldn't trust them at their word so make sure you keep a paper trail and get all agreements in writing.

They have been fantastic throughout the process. Very easy to work with, great line of communication and helped to keep pushing the legal process along for all parties. 19th Apr 2024 (0 days ago)Inspired were on the ball from day one. We had plenty of viewings and I was always kept up to fate with feedback and how the interest was in the property. I am very happy I chose them as my agents as they did what my previous ones didn't and got my property sold within 2-3 months.
31st Oct 2023 (24 weeks ago)Main positive was that the fees were payable only once the property was sold. However, pressure tactics were used which I felt came from mustard agents not the buyers, e.g. completion must be completed by such a date or the buyer pulls out. These ultimatums proved to be meaningless but caused considerable stress and inconvenience.

They were very professional, highly knowledgeable about the local market, helpful and very supportive. Always available to answer our questions and provide us with all the information we needed. Nick, Sam and Tom made us feel like we are their only clients, even though we knew they had many at the same time. The team always had our best interests in mind and made sure we get the best possible outcome. We highly recommend Alexander Lawrence to anyone looking for real estate agents. All through we were kept up to date with viewings, feedback, developments, offers, the process of selling and the actual sale. Very helpful indeed with completing all necessary documentation. All the worries attached to selling a property were alleviated by this very friendly team of people. Thank you!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
