1st Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)The Property Store provided great support and experienced advice in a very professional manner. The entire marketing and sales process was very proficient and speedy and I was amazed that the property was surveyed and advertised within a couple of days and incredibly sold within the week. The staff kept me well informed along the way on our progress. I can confidently recommend them.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. 14th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Very unprofessional agents, I'd go as far as to say awful. I live abroad and I had my property with them for about 12 years. When the tenant left I had to completely gut the place. They didn't do inspections as per their contract - they blamed covid restrictions but even once they were lifted they hadn't been to inspect it. All the window handles were rusted, the flat stunk of cat pee, every light was smashed, furniture broken, curtain rails hanging off the wall, the bath smashed, the wc broken. Yes the tenant is responsible but when you pay an agency to manage your property you expect them to do just that. When I collected my keys they had the cheek to tell me I had a bad attitude :-D

24th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Ninety Property provided an excellent service in dealing with the sale of my property. Appointment was made with Nathan who offered good advice at initial meeting. It took a while for me to be in a position to market the property but no pressure was put on me to hurry this along. Was kept up to date on viewings and feedback. Solicitor recommended (Fulton's) was fantastic. Very happy with marketing and Solicitors fees. Would thoroughly recommend Ninety Property.

17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.

24th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I am not one who usually writes reviews online but my experience with Property Bureau (Airdrie) has annoyed me so much that I felt compelled to and also to warn other Buyers/Sellers about the experience that happened to us. As we were purchasing a home Property Bureau Airdrie was selling, we decided an easy option would be to sell our property with Property Bureau Airdrie also, the Agent had a good knowledge of the area and gave us confidence that she could sell our home quickly. She returned with the paperwork and took photographs of our property, which we reviewed before they were posted online, within a month our property was sold. I am writing this review to warn others of what we were advised to do by Property Bureau Airdrie, as we had not much experience of selling a property for some time (We had lived in our existing property for 13 years) we went with their advice. The agent advised that the current trend was to leave all white goods when selling a property, both my partner and I were not happy about leaving a washing machine that was less than a year old and a dishwasher that was merely six weeks old but we went with the Agents advice and when we sold the property we left all white goods as instructed by the Agent. This was a big mistake, when me moved into our new property, the white goods in which we inherited were absolutely disgusting, the washing machine had black mould growing within the drawer of the machine and within the drum, we had do dispose of the washing machine (Which cost us £20) and purchase a new washing machine at a cost of £230 in which we had to wait almost two weeks for delivery. The fridge freezer was also disgusting, it took a complete day to clean and still to this day we have not used the freezer compartment, again we purchased a new chest freezer to tide us over until we update the kitchen completely. We have tried to complete compensation for the new washing machine but have been told that this would be a complete waste of time, another point, when seeking legal representation when purchasing/selling a property through Property Bureau Airdrie, choose your own and don’t go with legal firm that they advise.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
