28th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I have recently used Nicole and team at country wide Hamilton to sell our house. I had the best experience from<br>Start to finish and I can’t thank you all enough. Nicole came highly recommended so it was an easy decision when speaking to Nicole that I trusted Countrywide as our estate agent. 2 weeks from being on market we have accepted an offer and the whole process has been so smooth. Thank you again. Highly recommend to anyone choosing an estate agent you can trust. Dalia and Chloe also were amazing! Thank you ??
24th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Jacquie has been a really fantastic lettings manager for us with our properties at Stirling Yourmove. She is a huge asset and will be greatly missed, but definitely Hamiltons gain. She has a very fair but no nonsense approach to ensure the tenants are looking after the properties well, whenever any small issues start to rise, she quickly nips them in the bud. Any maintenance issues are quickly sorted with quality trades and She is a very strong communicator, keeping us informed throughout. We wish her luck in her new role at Hamilton.

She didn’t just pass along updates; she took the time to thoroughly explain the situation and our options as things progressed. Her communication was consistently excellent—always proactive, transparent, and quick to respond.

The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally, with clear communication throughout. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly and in a straightforward manner, which made what can often be a stressful process much easier. The sale progressed smoothly, and everything was completed within the expected timeframe. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail and proactive approach in dealing with any issues that arose. I would highly recommend this solicitor to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancing service.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.
27th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much
5th Mar 2026 (23 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

Selling a home can be a stressful experience, but thanks to their professionalism, expertise and genuine care, the entire process has felt smooth, reassuring and incredibly well managed.<br><br>Their communication has been second to none. They kept us updated every step of the way, always responding quickly to any questions and making sure we knew exactly what was happening. We never once felt left in the dark, which gave us complete confidence throughout the whole journey.<br><br>Their knowledge of the property market is outstanding, and the advice they provided was invaluable. 17th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.- 17th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Very good

From the enquiry stage to the moving in stage, Shannon and Kirstie were always ready with answers for my questions and also ready to help where they could, I must add promptly too.<br>I would recommend any second, time or day. They have an amazing team here, no complaints at all.
