6th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Charlie who dealt with us from the start was great and kept us up to date with any information that needed to be passed on. Obviously they are a bit more expensive than other agents, however you get what you pay for. Thanks again
22nd Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Borderline illegal sales tactics. The sales team lie about fake offers put into properties to try and increase your offer. Twice I was advised of higher “offers” that had been received and that I just needed to increase my offer a little bit more. Spoke with my solicitor who confirmed there were no other offers. Spoke with Clyde who advised these were “verbal” offers and the solicitor wouldn’t be aware of them!? Pulled my offer out of principal and lack of trust with the Clyde team. The property I was trying to buy now remains on the market unsold. I doubt the owner is even aware as to why we actually pulled the offer.

They are an established company who went out of their way to offer me speedy and stress free transactions. I highly recommend them and I am delighted with their professional and personal service. From chasing entry dates along the chain to simply keeping me up-to-date on what was going on, they were always available and willing to help. I would have no hesitation in using their services again and have already recommended them to someone who I know will be looking to move house shortly.

5th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

27th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)I have been living in this property as a tenant for 3+ years now and can honestly say I am in good hands with the Lanarkshire Letting team, they are always helpful and friendly and I can't fault them with anything.I have not had many issues with the property but when I have called with a problem it has always been dealt with promptly and efficiently.As an example, I called with a toilet leak yesterday and today they fitted a brand new one for me, no mess, no fuss, they just got the job done.Absolutely brilliant service, Thanks very much Team, I am a very happy customer :)

Throughout the whole process Rhona and her team kept us informed of updates and worked diligently to advertise and sell our old home. We were kept informed regularly by the team and their down to earth, friendly and helpful manner made the whole process easier on us. We encountered a few unexpected challenges throughout the way at no fault to Residence and they were always available and on hand for helpful advice and support. Highly recommend and a fantastic addition to our local community in Strathaven.
13th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Upon moving out, I repeatedly contacted them to release my deposit. Unfortunately, even after a month has passed, my deposit remains unreleased. Following persistent follow-ups, they informed me that they had hired a "sparkle clean" service and would be sending me an invoice for the cleaning expenses. Ironically, I had already hired a professional cleaner to ensure the property was left in impeccable condition before my departure. The house was in a cleaner state than when I first moved in. It is disheartening to note that despite my efforts and the clear state of the property, they continue to withhold my deposit. Their reluctance to return the deposit, coupled with their evasive actions, strongly suggests unethical practices. They are absolute scammers, and I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with them at any cost.

17th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I rented my mother's house in Bearsden a few years ago. The Property Bureau are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not check the house during the tenancy and when the tenants left the property was left in a disgusting state.
