They did a fantastic job selling my house and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Diane Kerr, who was always there to deal with everything and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Diane was extremely helpful, professional and friendly, and I really appreciated all her hard work and support.<br><br>I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend McEwan Fraser Legal, especially Diane, to anyone looking to sell their property.<br><br>Thank you so much for everything! ?????

9th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)I rented a property from countrywide, had a really bad experience there were issues with leaks, which they took weeks on end to fix, at one point we were living there with a really bad smell coming from the bathroom as the toilet was leaking we suffered for weeks on end, kept telling us they couldn’t get hold of landlord to get permission for repairs, absolutely sick, didn’t carry out gas safety checks we were there over a year, the carbo monoxide alarm wasn’t working, before i left I cleaned the property thoroughly left it absolutely sparkling as I wanted my deposit back, but guess what it’s been nearly 4 months and they are fighting me to keep my deposit saying the property wasn’t cleaned and I had damaged the property, I don’t know how they are getting away with all these lies just to steal my deposit . One unhappy and angry tenant , I would give them a minus star if it was possible , getting through wasn’t easy sometimes it was a couple of days before I had contact with them

4th Sep 2026 (22 days ago)The whole process from first contacting Colin Young at Remax, Carluke, to the Survey being done, photographs being taken and an offer being made on the property was made seamless. Colin and the team could not have been more helpful and any questions I had they were promptly answered. Thank you to everyone involved.
6th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

Munro property were amazing at helping me buy my first house and made the process so easy. Unlike most there communication skills were outstanding and were very helpful along the way. Thankyou :)

5th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

Nothing is ever a hassle, and they consistently go above and beyond to help.<br><br>A huge shout-out to Gav, who has been there for us on numerous occasions. His knowledge, experience and willingness to go the extra mile have made such a difference every single time. Nothing is ever too much hassle, and we know we can pick up the phone and he’ll always do everything he can to help. We genuinely don’t know where we’d be without him!<br><br>Another shout-out to Lindsay, who has helped us with our life cover, insurances and our Will. She made the whole process so straightforward and was always on hand to answer any questions and make sure everything was right for us.<br><br>The whole team are just amazing, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers.
