1st Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)The Property Store provided great support and experienced advice in a very professional manner. The entire marketing and sales process was very proficient and speedy and I was amazed that the property was surveyed and advertised within a couple of days and incredibly sold within the week. The staff kept me well informed along the way on our progress. I can confidently recommend them.
22nd Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Borderline illegal sales tactics. The sales team lie about fake offers put into properties to try and increase your offer. Twice I was advised of higher “offers” that had been received and that I just needed to increase my offer a little bit more. Spoke with my solicitor who confirmed there were no other offers. Spoke with Clyde who advised these were “verbal” offers and the solicitor wouldn’t be aware of them!? Pulled my offer out of principal and lack of trust with the Clyde team. The property I was trying to buy now remains on the market unsold. I doubt the owner is even aware as to why we actually pulled the offer.
20th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Absolutely pathetic service. We we lied to from the onset. Rod wouldn't get back for up to a month at a time. Carried out useless work for over inflated prices without permission. Incidentally nothing materialaliaed with anything that he said he had done. Sorry excuse of an Estate Agent and I would keep away real nightmare of a man. He would phone up every 3 to 4 months and say how much did you pay for your property originally and did this for years.

Quite different from my experience with other estate agents whom I have used in the past. 100% top class service

If your buying a property and DM Hall have done the home report please please check everything as they just tick everything off as ok without checking and from what I hear they take payments from sellers to make reports more attractive. Just check everything as they are not to be trusted.

On the day of completion Paul delivered the keys to our door with two lovely home welcome packs full of tea, biscuits and coffee. A very nice touch.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

24th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I am not one who usually writes reviews online but my experience with Property Bureau (Airdrie) has annoyed me so much that I felt compelled to and also to warn other Buyers/Sellers about the experience that happened to us. As we were purchasing a home Property Bureau Airdrie was selling, we decided an easy option would be to sell our property with Property Bureau Airdrie also, the Agent had a good knowledge of the area and gave us confidence that she could sell our home quickly. She returned with the paperwork and took photographs of our property, which we reviewed before they were posted online, within a month our property was sold. I am writing this review to warn others of what we were advised to do by Property Bureau Airdrie, as we had not much experience of selling a property for some time (We had lived in our existing property for 13 years) we went with their advice. The agent advised that the current trend was to leave all white goods when selling a property, both my partner and I were not happy about leaving a washing machine that was less than a year old and a dishwasher that was merely six weeks old but we went with the Agents advice and when we sold the property we left all white goods as instructed by the Agent. This was a big mistake, when me moved into our new property, the white goods in which we inherited were absolutely disgusting, the washing machine had black mould growing within the drawer of the machine and within the drum, we had do dispose of the washing machine (Which cost us £20) and purchase a new washing machine at a cost of £230 in which we had to wait almost two weeks for delivery. The fridge freezer was also disgusting, it took a complete day to clean and still to this day we have not used the freezer compartment, again we purchased a new chest freezer to tide us over until we update the kitchen completely. We have tried to complete compensation for the new washing machine but have been told that this would be a complete waste of time, another point, when seeking legal representation when purchasing/selling a property through Property Bureau Airdrie, choose your own and don’t go with legal firm that they advise.- 19th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Amanda and Craig were very proactive in the marketing and selling of our property. I would have no hesitation in referring them or using them again.
