14th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

19th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Phoned to arrange a viewing - was text to arrange it; which I think is pretty unprofessional. Went for a viewing today and was there for a whole 7 minutes before another family arrived and we where just discarded to be exact “thanks for coming” and then walked off - no goodbye, no arrangement to contact to see how we felt about the house. We actually wanted to have one more walk through but clearly that wasn’t going to happen as agent had sent the other family in. Very rude and unprofessional.

Charlie who dealt with us from the start was great and kept us up to date with any information that needed to be passed on. Obviously they are a bit more expensive than other agents, however you get what you pay for. Thanks again

22nd Apr 2024 (14 days ago)One of the best decisions I've ever made going for Igloo to sell my house. I had heard they were great, and they certainly did not disappoint. They sold my house in 6 days for more than I expected. Stress and worry weren't even a thing when it came to selling my house. The Agent Abby was unbelievably knowledgeable in the processes and she was just so reassuring on questions I had which kept me at total ease. Also any time i phoned and she was busy everyone else in the branch was so nice and helpful. Oh she also was very good at getting back to me. Love that! Big tick! I would highly recommend Igloo Hamitlon. Great experience! If there was a 6th star they would get it!

Can't fault Countrywide (Airdrie) and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property in the area.

9th Jun 2019 (4 years ago)Do not trust this company. We dealt with the previous iteration of the owners company and are now being left to clean up their mess. We should have gotten rid of them sooner.... leaving this review in the hope that other landlords won’t have to deal with the loss of over £2000 in rental payments plus the stress of figuring out what to do with our tenant now... even with the loss of rent I still may have left a good review if Amanda and Craig has worked with us to help figure things out (or even provide the tenants details) but the only response to any communication that we have is to essentially gloat that their old company doesn’t exist and there is no recourse for us. Pretty poor behaviour for a human being never mind a business owner.

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
18th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)From the first dealings in the Hamilton office of Momo Homes to the conclusion of the sale of our property, all the staff were polite, friendly, courteous and professional in their dealings with us. They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

Craig and Lisa are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful the service they provide is 2nd to none, they kept in constant touch with us throughout absolute brilliant service and brilliant people thank you so much.

10th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Stefan at Batchelor estate agents was highly recommended to us from a friend of a friend to sell my house. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Stefan was very professional. As it was our first time selling he was clear and patient at explaining everything and was always available to answer any questions no matter how big or small. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and ensured that we were treated like a priority. He went out his way to make sure every detail was taken care of, from photographing, advertising my home, organising the home report and arranging viewings. He excelled at every step. His after sale help was also to the highest standard, explaining what happened next and answering any further questions. We would definitely use Stefan in the future if ever selling again and recommend him to anyone who is selling their home. He made what could have been a stressful difficult time very enjoyable.

I was a tennant with them for almost 5 years and from the outset the support and service they provided, at what was initially a difficult time, was amazing . The presentation and standard of the accommodation was impeccable. I have not had many dealings with residential companies however, I sincerely doubt you would not find a more friendly, comprehensive service with any other company. 100% recommended this team.
