Special mention to Coral who helped to keep the sale moving when one or two snags were occurring. Her interventions were always at the right time to keep the sale from stalling. She acted as a bridge between ourselves and the buyer. We would certainly use David Bailes for any future sales in the Stanley area

28th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)No inventory which makes the contract redundant. Properties in poor state, no prior viewings allowed and upon arrival, many broken items, damage and have not been cleaned. All recorded and reported. Be careful when using this company and make sure you get a full inventory done and view it before putting a deposit down. They don't do anything upon prior students leaving.
