10th Aug 2020 (4 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.
29th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)On first impressions came across as confident of a very quick sale. Then once this didn’t happen started asking me to reduce the property by £10k increments on a fortnightly basis (you gave the price recommendation) I was dropped like a stone and passed over to the office junior - no weekly calls as I had requested and virtually no feedback from very few viewings - if any, I had to chase !! Once I could get out of the contract I even had to call them to get my property removed from right move !! Talk the talk but dont follow through on what they say they can offer. Don’t waste your time or money !!

(2 reviews)2nd May 2019 (5 years ago)We decided to sell our property as we previously had dealt with Debbie and requested Debbie to revisit and sell our house , Debbie is so helpful and honest and explained everything we needed to know , Holly attended about an hour later to take the photographs ,also we have been kept updated on potential buyers interests and comments , but within under a week our property has been sold , thankyou to two lovely professional ladies Debbie and Holly and the rest of your team

12th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. We cannot recomend them enough!
