Her knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference and gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands.<br><br>The entire team were approachable, efficient, and genuinely committed to making the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. Megan was always professional, approachable, knowledgable and honest, taking the time to explain everything clearly and never making us feel like any question was too small.<br><br>Sarah has also been outstanding throughout the mortgage process. Our application wasn’t straightforward and when the bank requested additional information before making their decision, Sarah worked tirelessly behind the scenes, keeping us updated every step of the way, responding incredibly quickly to every email and always reassuring us when things felt stressful. The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. Hannah then helped me negotiate a deal I honestly didn't think was possible, pushing for terms I wouldn't have had the confidence or market knowledge to ask for myself.<br><br>Compared to every other property experience I've had, Hannah Le Sueur made this one feel completely different — supported, informed, and genuinely on my side from start to finish. Although the sale journey was long and at times challenging, working with Mark and Sian was an absolute pleasure. Natasha and her team helped me secure the flat in the first place to dealing with any issues relating to the property or the building itself, everything was always handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>Whenever I contacted them, I usually received a response within the same day, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, my full deposit was also refunded without any problems.<br><br>Having rented through several different agencies over the years, I can confidently say Winkworth were by far the best and easiest to deal with. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to experience such a positive and professional service. I would definitely recommend them!

From viewing the property I purchased, with Richard going out of his way to accommodate my unexpected arrival from out of area and dealing expertly with the viewing through to the ongoing support from Sam and Charlotte during a very stressful process for me, I have been beyond impressed. The personal contact, almost hand-holding by phone & email by Charlotte in particular made me feel valued. To have someone understand my personal traumas while going through this process, dealing sensitively with my tears and exasperation with my buyers, has been such a huge support. If I am selling at a later stage I shall without doubt use this agency. Second to none! Thank you so much guys!
