They were fantastic from start to finish and always responded quickly to queries and problems caused by our difficult buyers even at the weekends. I’m pretty sure without their professionalism and knowledge we wouldn’t have completed our sale. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them if I sell in the future.
21st Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I contacted several agencies in the area to sell my fathers bungalow after his passing. Andrew came to visit and his empathy, understanding of the market and his complete professionalism persuaded us to use his company. His colleague Rachel was our guide throughout the process and again nothing was too much bother and even dealing with probate was made easier with both Rachel’s and Andrews calm knowledgeable approach. 7th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Made an enquiry on shared ownership in Northampton, agent took my details, and I got no call back for next 3 days. Called back and agent remembered me, again he said he will pass on details to very busy team, now 1 week has passed and no answer. Can you imagine going through a process of buying or selling with them.. Bad service, avoid Lucy from customer relation will email the same robotic catchphrase, can you email us at so and so....total nonsense...look at all the reviews, robot Lucy will answer with same lines
9th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)It`s been almost over a month since myself and my fiancé were searching for a property in Northampton ( we live in London , but not for long now ) and every real estate agent that we`ve spoken with was absolutely careless about our situation and some of them even rude, so I`ve began being desperate until I spoked with Harry from Your Move Kingsthorpe. I actually cried on the phone with him because of my desperation, and he listened to me, calmly, while I was complaining and rambling around for a good 15 minutes. He really calmed me down that day and it meant a lot. Next day I get a call from him asking me if I would be interested in viewing a property that is available, that he thinks would be perfect for us. Two days later I find myself in the most beautiful house that we have seen until then, that literally ticks all the boxes, and I still couldn`t believe how come a person that never saw us in his life can show such care and empathy and dedication. His professionality is rare, and myself and my fiancé are really grateful for everything he has done for us. Ask for Harry and go for Harry, Harry is the best !

7th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Clean ( no litter), well laid out with clear maps so you can find the shops you are looking for, lovely gardens, good toilets, fair parking charges, very wide range of shops, plus cafes and snack stalls. Great if you enjoy shopping which I don't!! But if you have to go to a shopping centre this one must be one of the best - even I could tolerate it!!!

I had a short-list of two agents in the town that I felt stood out as being serious about the lettings business. So many estate agents seem to see lettings as easy money, but are not dedicated to a service model as distinct from the large one-off commission on property sales. Before committing I met with the Managing Director and key people that would support me, my properties, and of course my tenants. 3 years later I continue to grow my portfolio and feel justified in choosing Chelton Brown.

I don't want this review to be percieved as so glowing that it sounds fake, but honestly... Teresa and Richard COULD NOT have been more supportive to my partner and I, throughout what was a complex and tricky sale period. There were many external factors, hurdles and unlucky moments along the way, all part of a normal house move I guess. But even at their very busiest times they managed to somehow strike the perfect balance between being professional & efficient, yet remained friendly, attentive always took the time to explain everything to us in words we could understand. Nothing was too much trouble! From Richard liaising regularly with our solicitor, to Teresa coaching us through the mortgage process, to their secretary even collecting the keys to our new house for us (which didn't even involve them!). I didn't think that estate agents like this existed, but they do, and they make "going the extra mile" seem like just a regular thing. Exceptional service in the truest sense of the word. Thank you Teresa and Richard, we couldn't have done it without you.
