Your Move is the first agent who gave us immediate response for our property valuation request. The photos and virtual tour were perfectly done and well described as such. The property gone to the market in just two days. Michael was very professional and helpful throughout. The response time was pretty quick and Michael was always easily reachable. Thanks for all Your Move team.
18th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We tried to rent a house together as brothers, and despite making it clear we are family — not unrelated sharers — the letting agent refused to take our details or consider us as joint tenants, saying they don’t allow sharers. It’s misleading and unprofessional to treat two siblings as “sharers” when UK housing definitions generally consider family members living together as one household. This left us confused and unable to progress our rental search. The agent gave no clear, lawful reason — just repeated refusal to engage properly. If you’re a family looking for a place together, be aware that this agency may misapply its own policies and potentially misinterpret basic housing law. I do not recommend them based on this experience.- 16th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I have dealt with Evie with my last 2 properties now and she’s been amazing! 17th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I saw a property, enquired, arranged a viewing, viewed the property and showed an interest. I asked the agent whats next and she said, I will discuss with the owner of the proerty and get back to me. After 3 days, sent a message asking if I like the property. I was confused, why? Because, I have already told you I like it. The next day, I called and she said I have to inform the owner. So I asked, does it usually take this long? She said, the owner is just being careful. She took all my anxieties and worries away by providing clear, detailed information about mortgages, affordability, and the entire process as a first?time buyer. She explained everything with patience and care, making sure I understood each step. Rebecca is truly remarkable. She made me feel at ease and supported me throughout the journey of purchasing the property of my choice. She has been flexible, polite, patient, informative, and always accessible whenever I needed guidance. 28th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Vicky has been amazing. She is very professional, her communication has been excellent throughout the process, especially with the feedback from potential buyers. I did my initial valuation with Iona, whom was excellent also, and I'm happy with the valuation. Loved the marketing of the property. ( It was advertised everywhere, even I was fed up of seeing it! ??????) But Connells delivered! Very good value for money, and excellent local market knowledge. Vicky don't ever lose your enthusiasm.... it's infectious!

Upon instruction the process was seem-less with great communication . The photos showed my home looking wonderful and truthful. The appointment booking for viewers was communicated very well with clear feedback. I would highly recommend the lovely team to anyone in the future!

Considering we were with another estate agents before them, we have never known an estate agent to get back to us so quickly. From the start they have kept communication with us, they have dealt with any little issues super quickly. They were polite and understanding. They ensured our move was smooth and easy and communicated effectively throughout. They have checked in with us already too which is lovely. We have a direct person to communicate any issues with, which is so helpful. At previous estate agents, we had to wait on responses and things would get passed to a different person and we wouldn’t know who to ask for. Charlton brown have been so great, thank you for such an easy transition.- 24th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Absolutely disgraceful. Easily the worst estate agent I have ever encountered. Once they have you locked in as a tenant, they become completely unreachable. Calls ignored. Emails ignored. Messages ignored. It’s like dealing with a brick wall — except a brick wall is more responsive. The Rugby lettings team is beyond incompetent. I have been chasing serious issues for nearly a month. Every single time I’m fobbed off with “leave it with us,” followed by total silence. No updates. No action. No professionalism. They are quick to take rent but utterly useless when it comes to doing their actual job. You are left stressed, frustrated, and wasting your time constantly chasing people who clearly do not care. This agency treats tenants with complete disregard. If you value communication, accountability, or basic human decency — stay well away.

They went above and beyond for me, I lived a 2 hour drive away and they were amazing, being there for lots of little things to save me a trip north I would 100% recommend them

So I chose Ellis Brooke to market my home for me. The whole process was prompt and efficient, with impressive photography and details, which quickly attracted viewings and offers, leading to a sale. All through the process I felt supported by Paul whose calm, practical approach was exactly right. Ellis Brooke and Paul made a potentially very stressful time as manageable and straight forward as it could possibly be. Thank you.

Jon, Jeremy and especially Omar were all brilliant from start to finish. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we received, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service — nothing was ever too much trouble. The quality of the photographs was outstanding and really showcased our property at its best. Above all, they’re just genuinely great people — honest, professional, and full of integrity. If your buying, I’d reach out to them, if your selling, get in touch as the experience they give prospective buyers will result in the best outcome you could get, a sale, as when people get the service we got from initial enquiry through to completion, they will see it’s the best estate agent experience ever. So personable, nothing was a problem, they were always happy to help and so responsive. Can’t fault them! Thank you guys
