Maddie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was stressful at times and kept in contact with our solicitor and notified us immediately about the current situation. We are extremely grateful and so happy we are now in our lovely new home. Moving is inevitably stressful but instructing Howkins and Harrison was the best decision we could have made. Thank you Howkins and Harrison for making a stressful process more endurable. With professionalism, friendliness and commitment. You’re a great team. Best wishes Jan and Francis.

Our brocure and accompanying video were excellent. We received many viewings and offers leading to a successful sale. Communications were excellent throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend Liz and Nicola.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

From the very beginning, she did not clearly explain the rental process or the requirements, and she showed very little interest in presenting the property in the way a professional letting agent should.<br><br>After my friend had already paid the deposit, she was informed that she could no longer rent the property. Different reasons were given, but they did not seem to reflect the real situation. It left us with the impression that they simply did not want to offer her the property.<br><br>The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude made this a very frustrating experience. My friend is extremely disappointed with how she was treated and would not want anyone else to go through the same experience. His communication was excellent and a very friendly and professional service. I would not hesitate recommending Your Move to anyone I know.<br>Also special shout out to Charlie for being the best babysitter whilst me and my husband were viewing our new property for the 3rd time after exchange, allowing us quality time to plan lay outs, measure spaces etc, this made the actual move smooth sailing ??????

She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She gave me plenty of time to look around and was honest and approachable throughout the viewing.<br><br>As someone who views a lot of properties, I really appreciated her positive attitude and the way she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She is a real credit to William H Brown, and I hope her hard work and professionalism are recognised. Thanks again, Eleanor!

Amy and Poppy were our main contacts for the sale of our property.. they kept us informed at all times, and were very helpful, They are a credit to the company and were very pleasant to deal with. would recommend them.

17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Although we did not end up completing due to extenuating circumstances I cannot fault Jackson Grundy. They treated our house with respect and were able to secure offers extremely quickly after going on market and the care throughout the process was faultless. Teresa was a joy to work with - she did all the viewings and then took on sale progressor role which is not for the faint hearted it turns out! She kept us updated regularly and was able to provide expert guidance when our chain started to get complicated. I can’t recommend Jackson Grundy enough and Teresa in particular is worth her weight in gold. Thank you for everything, Teresa - here is hoping our next chain (whenever that may be) will be a successful one!

Communication was excellent, particularly in relation to viewings, with contact made by phone to arrange a viewing and feedback provided promptly afterwards. Throughout the whole process Chris was on hand to offer honest and helpful advice and always willing to respond to queries. As Ellis Brooke are a relatively small team you benefit from a more tailored and personable approach than larger firms might provide.
