Gemma, Charlie and Eddie deserve medals… or at the very least a very large bottle of something bubbly! ??????<br><br>They sold my house in what felt like the blink of an eye, and somehow managed to make the whole process almost enjoyable (yes, really… selling a house and stress-free in the same sentence!).<br><br>I was kept informed every step of the way, nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Their communication was spot on, their professionalism was second to none, and they even managed to stop me turning into a nervous wreck!<br><br>If you’re thinking of selling your home, save yourself the sleepless nights and give Gemma, Charlie and Eddie a call. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish—five stars just doesn’t seem enough! ?????

They know their area, turn up when they say they will and charge a fair price for their work; no AI augmented pictures, no weird attempts at scarcity and they are easy to get hold of. 28th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)First dealing with O'Riordan Bond. Refusal to give holding deposit and argued that an IVA wasnt disclosed but was clearly disclosed in black and white. When confronted spoken with Clare, service was appalling and was heard smiling over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke, would not use and would suggest anyone to look elsewhere.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
11th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you are university student I would avoid at all costs!!! These are the worst set of people ever. They are greedy and selfish. They breached their own contract for students by letting people who weren’t students move into the same building as us which lead to homeless people constantly breaking in then kicked us out and moved us to half done accommodation. The accommodation had no WiFi for 8 MONTHS. When we initially moved in half of the stuff weren’t working and we had to find away to make it work ourselves. I had to live in room with mould growing despite me raising it to the agents multiple times and was told to just ‘open my window’??? Only when I had threaten to take it further is when someone came out to look. After them putting us through all of this, we were then charged for small things like having dust in our rooms or leaving things that were initially given to us in the room. The company and agents are greedy and don’t care about anything but money and themselves. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT rent with them for ANY STUDENT ACCOMMODATION!!!!!

17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Although we did not end up completing due to extenuating circumstances I cannot fault Jackson Grundy. They treated our house with respect and were able to secure offers extremely quickly after going on market and the care throughout the process was faultless. Teresa was a joy to work with - she did all the viewings and then took on sale progressor role which is not for the faint hearted it turns out! She kept us updated regularly and was able to provide expert guidance when our chain started to get complicated. I can’t recommend Jackson Grundy enough and Teresa in particular is worth her weight in gold. 17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Nothing was too much bother for him. On a daily basis he updated me with the progress of the sale.<br><br>His guidance and support were invaluable to me. He was never too busy to answer my questions - no matter how small. Placing my property on the market was an incredibly difficult thing for me to do, but he gave me the confidence to follow it through.<br><br>Not only is Omar a thoroughly likeable person, but he is also extremely kind, patient and honest. I have nothing but praise for him – he went above and beyond to help me sell my property.<br><br>Omar is the best!<br>Thank you!

31st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)We have had a very disappointing experience with this property and the managing agency. We moved in four months ago, and the property was not properly cleaned at all. From the first day, there were multiple issues, including a severely backing-up toilet and no consistent hot water. We reported these problems immediately, but they were not properly resolved. The toilet issue was even noted in the inventory, but we initially assumed it was a minor scaling problem. Within a couple of days, it became clear that it was a serious fault. At the same time, we have never had reliable hot water since moving in. After three months of ongoing issues, we informed the agency that we would escalate the matter to the relevant authorities and consider moving out legally. Instead of addressing the problem, they blamed us for “overusing” hot water, which makes no sense given that we have not even had consistent access to it. After each engineer visit, we were told that reports would be shared, yet the agency repeatedly claimed there was no issue with the system. During the most recent visit, I recorded video evidence where the engineer clearly confirmed that the system is faulty and not working properly. Despite this, the agency still emailed us stating that there is no problem. We are paying full rent while not receiving basic necessities such as proper sanitation and hot water. We have solid evidence, including videos and records of communication. Tenants should be very cautious when dealing with this agency and their associated parties, including Ashby Lowery.
