From start to finish of our house sale the communication was fabulous - we were constantly kept in the picture and when we had queries nothing was too much trouble. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

I contacted them and filled out the income form which i was ignored so i chased them up and kayleigh then got back to me to say i don’t meet the income criteria. I then replied on Thursday explaining i get another 9k income for my son and was yet again ignored. I feel there was judgement when i even called about this property as i was ignored twice. I then had to chase her up and she didnt reply even though i’ve confirmed i can afford the property. This house was perfect due to it being near my sons school. I have 15 years rental references and i feel i was judged and made to feel like i can’t afford it which clearly i can.

They have taken on management of my property and made it a stress free process. I couldn't be happier and more confident in there services. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. To add to this they also sold a property for me. This was another great experience. Lots of interest in the house as soon as it was live, it then sold very quickly. The whole process up until completion has been smooth and clear. Great service from Bywater Herring!

We received constant updates from them and nothing was ever too much trouble - often going above and beyond to ensure the transaction went through. They made the experience of moving easy and kept on top of the chain throughout so we always knew what was going on. Fully deserving of the 5* review.

Their very competitive rates, and friendly, personal touch, we're instrumental in us choosing to go with them. They offered excellent advice regarding solicitors, sale price and staging, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They marketeted my house extremely well, with the pictures and video tour really showing my house in its best light. Mike and Gino were always available during the sale and purchase with advice, encouragement, and personal support in what was a unique, often stressful situation with my buyer. I'm happy to say that everything went through in the end, and we are now in our new home.
