21st Oct 2023 (11 mo. ago)Andrew , Patrick and Ian and colleagues at Hamilton & Stiller were supportive throughout the process from advertising our property, updated us after viewings and gave us advise regarding sale price , negotiations when selling. The photos of our house were exceptional and the photographer did a drone photo of our property and garden which we have kept. Would highly recommend this team in Ross-On-Wye branch. Great teamwork, consistent communication and support thank you.

16th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Liars and thieves. Throughout our tenancy, we had a good relationship with Christie, paid our rent on time, made accommodations for regular inspections, and got along fine. End of the tenancy comes (due to the landlord increasing the rent beyond which we could afford - one Christie's employee actually had the gall to say we'd put the landlord in a difficult financial position!) and it's the same old story: we spent two days scrubbing the place and used a carpet cleaner on the carpets and they want to take half the deposit for professional cleaning. The fighting continues...

He quickly arranged for our house to be marketed to allow us to be in a position to put offers in on other properties. The brochure and photos combined really helped upsell our house. Chris is very good at communicating and kept the pressure on the solicitors. I would highly recommend Chris at Powells to anyone looking to sell their property! Chris & our solicitor were the absolute dream team and made the whole process less stressful! Thank you Chris! Explained everything to me in plain language so I could understand the process and the valuation price etc. He has managed my expectations and reassured me! Marketing: Maddie has liaised with us re photographer, brochure and the listing and gosh was she a star ?? She was patient and listened to our wishes and suggestions. She has even posted me the copy of the brochure so I can keep it ?? the photographer was absolutely brilliant! Professional and very good at his job! The pictures turned out amazing! Viewings and Sale: James oh James! What a lovely gentleman! He was attentive, patient, professional and funny! The efficiency, reliability and attention to detail was just amazing! They’ve sold our house in just 2 weeks!!!! Absolutely by far the best Estate Agent I have ever come across! ?????????? We are very very grateful for all your help!! 24th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Always loved Brockwell Park. I lived around for 10 years. Great place for morning run, lunch time walk or evening drink with friends. Kids water play is excellent a shame that some water features doesn't work.

The communication throughout gave us confidence and the whole experience felt that it was more than just transactional. Will definitely be recommending Number One.
