He explained in detail how the process of selling works and also buying our next property. He was very informative. The pictures he took were outstanding!! The office staff have kept us updated throughout & again so polite and professional. Lovely people, lovely company!!

Straight talking, professional and 3 viewings within an hour of being instructed. I am very happy with Bridgfords and cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done! Onwards and upwards ????

4th Apr 2024 (16 weeks ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has
12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)They blame the market for the lack of viewing . Just two views during the time the agency had the property and one of those was a lady that I send to the agency. I decided to take the property of the market and do some renovations prior going to the market again

I never imagined an estate agent would be so helpful in every area of selling my house; and my expectations are high. The cost was less than half everyone else quoted me.
6th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

27th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Poor communication and professionalism. We enquired about a property and were told that a soft credit check would take 2-4 days. We received no information. We rang back after 9 days of waiting to be told that it was let agreed last week and we were told nothing. Moreover, the person on the phone cut the call short before I had finished speaking.
