Branch manager Adam was a pleasure to deal with from the first time we met, through to the completion day and handing the keys over. He was ably supported by his colleague Jodie, who also was very attentive, responsive, and was pivotal in getting what turned out to be a more complex sale over the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bridgfords in Ashton Under Lyne for your property transaction, whether buying or selling.

She calmed my thoughts numerous times and was supportive during difficult moments during the process. As first time buyers she really assured us throughout. She was prompt in responding to my emails. Honestly, I felt like she was in my corner there to support me even when reaching out to my solicitor and chasing them up when they were a bit slow in responding. She knew how much the property meant to my family. The customer service was impeccable. Again I highly recommend this agency and definitely Natalie. Also, thank you Georgina Shaw who was the initial contact with the purchase. Thank you so much to Natalie and Cousins Estate Agents. Thank you for making our family dreams come true.

Craig, who valued the property, was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the process feel straightforward and reassuring.<br><br>Maisie and Sophie at the branch were both extremely helpful throughout. They kept me informed regularly, answered any questions I had, and explained each stage of the process clearly.<br><br>I’m really pleased with the service I received from the whole team and would definitely recommend Cowell & Norford to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable estate agent.

The team are so experienced and so professional in all they do , I felt like I was part of their family , nothing was to much trouble for them , I would definitely recommend habitat to anyone who wants to rent or sell . 20th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Maya Properties. The whole setup felt extremely questionable, especially regarding utility bills. Tenants are required to pay energy and water bills through the landlord rather than directly to suppliers, despite the property at OL6 6EF apparently operating on a shared meter system. We were told this would be changed, but nothing has happened. There was also pressure to sign inventory documents before properly viewing the property. When I attempted to take photographs for my own records, Mr. Rabez Mohammed became aggressive, threw my belongings out of the property, pushed me out of the property, and prevented me from documenting the condition of the flat. Even after I had paid deposit and rent in advance they claim because I didn't sign inventory they will not hand in the keys. Flat number 0L6 6EF. I have formally reported the incident to the police following what I experienced during the day I was meant to move in. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid signing with Maya Properties and to proceed with extreme caution.

Also, I went for this family run agent’s, so communication at each stage was more efficient and this proved to be the case with Laura and Joanne once Mark had completed his role in the process.

Paul made everything feel straightforward from the very beginning, and his professionalism and communication continued throughout both our sale and purchase.<br>Paul kept us informed every step of the way, always available to answer our questions, and worked hard to keep everything progressing as smoothly as possible.<br>We always felt supported and knew we were in safe hands. 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.- 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Geraldine was great.
