Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

Communication appears inconsistent, with different information provided at different times, which makes it difficult to rely on what is being said. There also seems to be a lack of clear structure, procedures and follow-through, which affects confidence in how the business operates.

13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)My partner and I recently sold our first family home with Cowell Norford Rochdale. It was a very bitter sweet feeling as we loved our home, but the staff down at Cowells made us feel so much better about the whole process. We had a difficult buyer to say the least, however without the help of Maisie, our sales negotiator and Sophie, our sales progressor the process would have been a whole lot worse. No question asked was too stupid, and they always went above what was asked of them. I received daily updates from them, even if there was no real update, they were constantly reassuring me that they were chasing the relevant people to get it over the line as quickly as possible. Selling and buying a house is a real rollercoaster of emotions, and without Maise and Sophie I'm not sure I would have survived it! Thank you so much Maise and Sophie, you were amazing and are a real credit to the business. I wish you all the best in everything you do!
20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I am in the process of putting my house up for sale with Ryder & Dutton and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to deal with Lewis again. He sold my last home, and because of the service I received from him then, choosing to work with him again was an easy decision. Lewis is consistently friendly, warm, and genuinely easy to talk to. Selling a home can be stressful, but he has a way of making the whole process feel calmer and more manageable. When he valued my home last year, he was punctual, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. Having him back out again this time, he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable reaching out whenever I needed to. I even had a question shortly after he left, and he replied straight away. He strikes the perfect balance of being professional without ever feeling intimidating. Even outside of work, when I’ve seen him while out walking my dog, he’s always said hello, a small thing, but it shows his genuine kindness. I’d highly recommend Lewis to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly cares and makes the whole experience so much easier.

Ashleigh was particularly helpful — always professional, responsive, and clear in her communication, which made things much easier from our side. The move-out process was straightforward and handled efficiently, and everything was dealt with fairly. Overall, a well-managed service and a professional team to deal with. Would happily rent through them again.

Very proactive in marketing my property and no issue in relation to attending viewings when I was unable to be present. A great all round team!

The owner refuses complaints they talk to you like your nothing after you've signed the paper work and they do not honour promised repairs or any repairs. Avoid see all the negative comments. The owner cant even dress smart. Its another company he's going to run It to the ground then he will open his 4th to repeat!

We had a huge amount of interest immediately, leading to plenty of viewings and several offers within days. A brilliant experience all round!

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

27th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)I cannot speak highly enough of West Riding from start to finish. Oliver took great time and care with the introduction and valuation. I was then up against at tight deadline with the sale and it’s fair to say I made my fair share of calls and emails into the office. Gabby was absolutely outstanding at moving things along at pace for me and always responded promptly. We got the sale completed in an unbelievable timescale and I’m extremely grateful to West Riding. I cannot fault the process whatsoever throughout.
