They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.

14th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.
16th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Worst company imaginable. Gave us misinformation for over six months regarding entry dates and also told us development was finished when it was not. Double check everything you are told by them. They misled us and we ended up over £18000 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all cost. They don’t admit liability for anything they do.

13th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Alexander at J&H Mitchell has been a fantastic support to my wife and I through two very important steps in life. Firstly with the purchase of our first house, and more recently to create Wills. As many could imagine, with the gravity of these arrangements they can be daunting. Alexander made us feel extremely comfortable by offering to answer all questions we had, allowing us flexibility to meet in person or via video call to suit our preference and schedules, not using a lot of jargon and helping us understand more clearly a lot of the legal terminology in an easier to digest way, and being personable and showing an interest in us as people first not just as clients. I cannot thank Alexander highly enough for his true professionalism and the team at J&H Mitchell for everything and will certainly continue to seek their support and services for any future matters.

5th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)Graham and Sibbald have been our landlords property management company for over 10 years and we have just been taken over by Westport property Dundee - and I must say the best Christmas present I could ask for. Graham and Sibbald have managed 4 units of family run businesses and have been useless. Emails have been ignored now for months from all 4 tenants. We have all had to close our businesses on numerous occasions as the roof on the building is needing replaced and we are constantly flooded. The car park has no working lights as been reported numerous times with no reply. The stairs to the property are all loose - again reported numerous times with no reply. Front window was smashed in, they charged our business for the repair only to be informed but our insurance that the landlord is responsible for glass repair - we were only given 2/3 of the cost back as said they could have found someone cheaper. 3 days with Westport property and the roof is being replaced next month, lights are replaced , stair been repaired - professional and efficient customer service - highly recommend Westport property if you need your property looked after properly and to have happy loyal tenants

While the first property sale was relatively straightforward and stress-free, the second one presented unforeseen challenges. Despite selling fairly quickly before the Christmas holidays, we were left devastated when the buyers decided not to proceed with the purchase in the new year. Throughout this turbulent period, Scott's unwavering commitment to keeping us informed and reassured was truly commendable. Despite the setback, he wasted no time in springing into action, swiftly relisting the property and orchestrating a successful sale within a week of relaunching it to the market. Despite the frustration of going through the viewing process again, the outcome surpassed our expectations. However, the rollercoaster ride didn't end there. Shockingly, we faced another setback when the second buyers pulled out of the sale. Yet again, Scott and the team at Kiln & Lodge didn't miss a beat.
