The amount of time and effort put in by the whole team to ensure the sale ran as smoothly as possible was commendable. Our property sold within 3 weeks of it being on the market which is all down to the team going above & beyond, which far exceeded expectations. From my initial meeting with Ben it was evident Lancasters were the right Estate Agent for us. His expertise and knowledge of local market trends proved invaluable to ensure we were marketing our property at the right price. A big thank you to Anita who worked tirelessly with the countless viewings. Her experience in negotiating also ensured we were offered the best price. Also thanks to Jason for the continued communication, who along with Anita showed such a high level of respect for our property during viewings (turning lights off upon leaving, making sure shoes were removed etc etc) During finalisation (conveyance and completion) Emma’s continued communication between the purchasers, solicitors and ourselves ensured we were navigated through this part of the process with ease. She provided regular updates and advice to ensure everything remained on track, despite a few obstacles along the way regards the chain we were in. Myself and my husband shall be eternally grateful for all your hard work, professionalism and honesty. Lancasters deliver what they promise.. and more.

10th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Initial description of the property poor, took too long adding drone pictures and never completed the video, failed to tell me our local branch in Chorley was closed/ unmanned, only had 2 couples who viewed and didn’t ascertain that a couple who had 2 viewings were willing to offer around the asking price, wasting my time

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
