It was a very difficult purchase for Shari as the Vendor was very emotional about if he really did want to sell or not. Shari work so hard to balance emotions with the Vendor and me on the other side. She always kept in touch to let me know where it was up to all the way through. Great Credit to Jackson Stops.

Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. While there were definitely many ups and downs throughout the process, Rebecca and Claire were absolutely phenomenal in helping me navigate through it all. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and impressively quick to respond at every stage. Within just one day, Zoe ensured my property was fully up to date with all required regulations, including gas safety, electrical safety, and other compliance requirements. She went above and beyond by personally visiting the tenants and carrying out a property check, and everything was completed within just two days. Her efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend Zoe to anyone needing a reliable and proactive estate agent. If you have Zoe as your property manager, you’ve definitely made the right choice.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

All staff were extremely friendly and communicated regularly, always returning my calls and updating me on the progress and the sale was completed within two months. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We received an offer and sold in less than 24 hours?????? We appreciated how they kept us updated throughout the process via a watsapp group and were always willing to help any time of the day. Their customer service was ?????? per cent and we felt well taken care of from start to finish and finally A fixed cost so we knew exactly what we had to pay. We would highly recommend Will, Jordan & the Team. Therefore if Anyone is looking for a smooth house selling experience, with professionalism just give them a call. Thank you so much Andy & Pat
