We sold and purchased with Arnold & Philips and it was the least stressed I’ve ever been moving house. They really look after you, and take away the stress and pressure. I also thought it was a really nice touch the way they present your new home keys, really made a difference. They’re always checking in, not only to see how things are progressing but how you are doing too. Charlie had his Angels and we had Janet, Francine & Katherine! Best estate agent I’ve ever used!
9th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)Worked off and on with Tiger over the years. Their valuations are usually on the mark, they are not a company who over inflate the price to get the sales contract and then let you down. Simon has done most of my valuations for me and I trust him implicitly.

This is the second time we have sold a house with them and we would recommend them to anyone. Their customer service and professionalism was outstanding from both Rebecca and Diana. They took into account our mums vulnerabilities and showed compassion and updated us constantly. We would not use anyone else in the future. 18th Dec 2024 (28 days ago)I cannot thank the staff at the Leyland Branch enough (namely, Helen, Frankie & Charlotte) with all their help in dealing with both my sale & purchase. They were all very professional, friendly and efficient and they always responded to my calls/emails as well as religiously chasing up the other side solicitors. I would definitely recommend using this branch.

Great team of people working there. Could not recommend more highly. Update - the purchase of my new property has gone through. Kieran was our point of contact and I cannot thank him enough, he went above and beyond throughout the whole process.

He gave us realistic expectations on price and as a result we were able to secure a sale in just over 24 hours. David and Caitlin were very friendly and professional when taking pictures and creating the property advertisement. They ensured our property was presented in the best way possible. Claire was fantastic in managing the progression of the sale and answered all questions and queries promptly! Absolutely fantastic team and would highly recommend. Thanks a lot!

18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

A 10 out of 10 service. I recently purchased a property and they were the estate agents who were selling it. They went out of their way to help myself, keeping in regular contact with both me and my solicitor helping in anyway possible. I can highly recommend them.
