16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)I had a great experience with Victorstone in Shoreditch. My flat was empty with another agent for weeks. I then instructed Victorstone and they rented my flat to 4 professionals within a couple of days. Really impressed with their conduct.

Viewings were quickly arranged, every question asked was answered, the entire process took much less than I anticipated. This agency is legit and Andrew, who I mostly dealt with, was a professional throughout.
5th Aug 2013 (10 years ago)The worst agency I've encountered during my property search. Attempted to force me into meeting their financial adviser before they'd accepted my offer on a 'fictitious' property they were advertising. An illegal practice. Steer well clear, these jokers will claim you have to be on there 'pre-approved' buyers list before they show you anything and then hounded me for days. Absolute cowboys and a disgrace to the industry. Steer clear!

13th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)SoSales have an excellent knowledge of the Pocket Living property market. The sad news is that they don't tell you what you're getting into until you've spent many 100s of £££s. By then you'll realise that several mortgage providers won't give you a mortgage on these properties and you'll have wasted time and money (surveyors fees) which could all have been avoided had SoSales decided to tell you upfront about the restrictive covenants. Engage with SoSales only on the basis they agree to tell you ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW up-front.
