27th May 2026 (30 days ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.
19th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)It's a good job flats in London largely sell themselves. The property was great, but I wouldn't choose to deal with this branch again. During viewings, the estate agent seemed barely present and offered very little information or engagement. Communication was noticeably better with other agencies I dealt with during my search. It was a shame that I had to deal with KFH to secure a property I otherwise really liked.

15th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)? Avoid — recurring leak left unresolved for months<br><br>We are a landlord whose flat sits below a property managed by this agent. Water has repeatedly leaked from the flat above into ours, damaging our ceiling and floor — most recently right after we completed a full refurbishment.<br><br>This has been reported on numerous occasions. Each time we were told it was fixed, and each time the leak returned, which tells us it has never been properly repaired. We are also concerned about the living conditions of the tenants in the flat above.<br><br>Our dealings with Jebin Raja on this matter have been disappointing — reports have not led to a lasting fix, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating to deal with. We have now escalated to the Property Ombudsman and the local council.<br><br>If you’re considering this agent, we’d urge caution based on our experience.
1st Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I have just begun a new tenancy in a property of which Paramount were the letting agents. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement. I was dealing with Holly and Harry who have been exceptionally helpful. The communication between both of them and myself has been outstanding and they have kept me up to date continuously. They were even happy to communicate in the evenings, weekends and over a bank holiday. Most definitely the best letting agents I have ever dealt with.

They were attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about securing the best outcome for both us and the seller. Their professionalism made the buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was always very responsive and helpful from start to finish. Particularly in those crucial weeks leading up to exchange to get the last enquires closed we could rely on him to get the answers we needed. The staff at the Sydenham branch have always been very helpful. Harrison White was our main contact through the process of selling our flat in Penge. Harrison has been a great support and continuosly kept us informed throughout the selling process. We have benefittet from his expertise, and it has been very reassuring and a delight to have had him as our selling agent. He guided me through every stage of the process, and the property I ended up purchasing was entirely his recommendation and fits what I need perfectly. Communication has been really clear, and everything has been done efficiently. Everyone says buying your first home is hugely stressful, but Cavan has made the process incredibly smooth and painless!
3rd Jun 2026 (23 days ago)Chris and the team worked really hard to ensure that our flat was sold - even when we lost our first buyer and had to find a second very quickly to be able to purchase our desired second home. We spoke to one of the team almost daily at points and they were always professional, flexible and accommodating. There was a point where we were being asked for more money to incentivise our seller to still sell to us - which we did not do and don't believe that anyone should have to - but that was the only negative in what was otherwise a successful process. Kallars were the cheapest option we looked at and the team were great.

25th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We stayed at a short let flat managed by April Properties for a few months. Property was nicely furnished and clean! Property manager Ezgi was very nice and communicative, and she addressed any issues we had.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.

He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.<br><br>I also dealt with Katie Jameson and Joey Abreu from the letting part of the business. They were both amazing and I have zero bad things to say about them and their highly professional service.
