They have also looked after my tenants very well. More recently, they have acted as the sole agent for selling the flat. They have, again, proven to be perfect. In particular I have valued the advice of Tom Butler and Armond Ghahramani who are handling the sale. They have been outstanding. It has been a pleasure working with them. Tom, In particular has taken a proactive approach to the sale, kept me well in the picture, dealt with both my and the buyer's solicitors and steered us through several complicated stages with great efficiency and helpfulness. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering either letting or selling a property in the Clapham area.

Elliot Rainbow has sold properties for me during this time and always looked after my portfolio. He offer a Hand off experience so we are always rested with no worries! Their advice on selling price was on the mark which saved a lot of messing around. Very easy to deal with compared to other agents. Daniel maxed out our viewings at what is traditionally a quiet time of year & got us a quality buyer. Daniel also was on the ball throughout the Sales Progression. We strongly recommend. 19th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)Unfortunately, I have to deduct two stars due to the nightmarish experience with the sellers' solicitors throughout the entire process. Their questionable practices have made the situation incredibly challenging, potentially necessitating legal intervention, which only exacerbates the issue. While it's true that sellers have the autonomy to choose their solicitors, it's reasonable to expect processes in place to ensure they select reputable ones, especially considering the control exerted over buyers to prevent withdrawal before the exchange. On a positive note, Nick/Jamie provided exceptional support and assistance throughout the entire process, even extending his help beyond completion. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others and would certainly engage with them again in the future, terms and conditions apply*.

However, when we visited a flat listed with Next Door Properties, Omar went out of his way to show us around and treated us exceptionally well. He made us feel valued, taking the time to address our concerns and ensuring we didn't feel rushed. His kindness and dedication were so impressive that we decided to choose this property through him.
