She put together a clear, well-considered marketing plan (including making a really impressive social media video), carefully assessing the timing based on the property's strengths before working tirelessly to maximise viewings. I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. The few maintenance needs once we were moved in were handled very efficiently by the property management team. Harry is our contact and has been super - highly recommend using Paramount over the likes of Foxtons and Marsh.

They made the process of buying my flat seamless, their communication was excellent, they were super proactive in chasing things on my behalf and really just took a lot of the stress out of what is a very stressful experience. Particular shout out to Angharad, who absolutely kept me sane and was amazing in translating my solicitor's 'legal speak' into something I could understand. She was reassuring, kept in contact and took a really human approach; I knew I could call or email her with any question, big or small. Overall, I would completely and absolutely recommend Robinson Jackson as an estate agent. I was delighted with the service I received from them.

They weren’t overbearing during the property search like other big agents, and everything felt very streamlined and professional. The seller’s agent Lee also really eased the stress throughout the purchasing process with how responsive and easy to work with he was at all stages.

He took the time to understand my concerns about the flat and, where possible, went the extra mile to investigate potential issues. He provided a detailed Level 2 survey report and took the time to talk me through the findings. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and reliable surveyor, I'd highly recommend getting in touch with Richard.

She was incredible from the start, giving us the full star treatment - the first flat we viewed with her was the one! She hit the nail on the head with what we were looking for, and got it secured for us within a day of viewing it. She was very friendly and personable, answering all queries and questions effectively and efficiently. Having had negative experiences with moving in the past, we were absolutely thrilled to have had such a great one with Jada. She provided an incredible service.<br>She is very kind, professional and knowledgeable.<br>During the process she helped me understanding the different phases and she intermediated the works among my broker, my solicitors and the vendor’s solicitors.<br>She is very responsive and clear in her communication, she advised and supported me during the full process, showing a in-depth knowledge of London’s property market.<br>I am really satisfied with her excellent service, I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a property smoothly and with peace of mind. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.

Communication was smooth, I always received quick replies, I always understood the process and at what stage we were at. All the staff were a pleasure to work with. Kate in particular, who helped me once my offer was accepted, was so helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout our communication. She always went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what was happening, and helped me with any questions I had. Can’t recommend them enough!
26th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)This letting agency manages the property next door to where I live. In that property, there lives a mother, father and three young children under the age of ten. THIS LETTING AGENCY/LANDLORD HAVE FAILED TO MAKE URGENT REPAIRS TO THE FRONT DOOR OF THE PROPERTY, CREATING A FIRE AND SAFETY HAZARD FOR ALL THAT LIVE INSIDE. THE FAMILY ARE UNABLE TO USE THE FRONT DOOR AND ARE FORCED TO ENTER AND EXIT THE PROPERTY VIA THE BACK GARDEN.<br><br>THIS HAS BEEN A DISREPAIR ISSUE FOR OVER A MONTH, SINCE THE FAMILY MOVED IN. BOTH THE FAMILY’S AND MY REQUESTS FOR REPAIR HAVE BEEN IGNORED.<br><br>God forbid, if there was a fire to the rear of the property, this family has no safe fire escape route because MANN (and landlord) has not carried out the necessary urgent repairs to the front door for over a month.
