She put together a clear, well-considered marketing plan (including making a really impressive social media video), carefully assessing the timing based on the property's strengths before working tirelessly to maximise viewings. I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. She’s one of the very best and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a proactive, knowledgeable and dedicated estate agent.

He kept us updated at every stage and really helped to smooth over the back-and-forth on a few contract points with the seller's side. He was always quick to respond and clearly worked to keep things moving forward, which made a real difference during what can be a stressful process. We'd happily recommend Jamie and the team at Paramount to anyone buying in the area.

I called Stirling Ackroyd in Brixton on her behalf and Lee was able to get a valuation booked in and arranged with her tenants within 15 minutes! Super efficient.

Disorganised agency.<br><br>We travelled specifically for one viewing with them, only to arrive and be told by the agent that he couldn’t get the keys because the tenant hadn’t shown up. Why is the tenant handing over the keys at the exact same time potential buyers are turning up for a viewing? Surely this should be sorted beforehand so there’s time to deal with any issues and so you’re not wasting people’s time.<br><br>I’ve now asked Barnard Marcus to show me the property instead, as they also have it listed on Rightmove.<br><br>Before this I was accidentally booked into the wrong viewings and received confirmation emails/texts for properties I’d never agreed to view, followed by various cancellation emails and back-and-forth to get things corrected. I was repeatedly bombarded with emails from their mailing list despite unsubscribing and I had to email two different people more than once asking for the emails to stop.<br><br>I am really put off booking anymore viewings with this agency- 20th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)The service has been excellent from beginning to move in date. 18th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)We were renting a flat with Avrasons for six years and had a great experience overall. Mat, our property manager, has been very responsive and highly effective in dealing with all of our queries about repairs etc. Usually comes round to check himself and then arranges for the contractors to come in and fix things. Honest communications and very accommodating on our requests. Much more friendly and human approach, especially compared to some other big letting agencies in London that don't seem to care about their tenants. Would highly recommend.
16th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Our agent was Shahad, she was responsive and helpful with any questions that we might have. I actually inquired about another property which was I was told was already rented out so she recommended another property which fit our needs better. Overall, Shahad herself was very helpful to us. However, I will note that we did encounter some issues which is not in her hands - multiple discrepancies with payments through the Foxton’s website, receiving a rent in arrears notification when all was already paid for a month prior to moving in etc. Shahad assisted us in clearing up these confusions.

Jamal, our agent was transparent throughout, knowledgeable and supportive (we had no clue what we were doing and he was always available to answer questions about the process). He was always responsive and mainly, we just felt we could trust him and that he was thorough with everything! Thank you.

I was honestly dreading having to work with an estate agent again having been in my flat for 9 years. He has made the whole process a breeze and is a testament to his branch and industry.

Tried taking so much of our deposit, went to an adjudication and the adjudicator stated what i offered is more than reasonable and they were completely out of line trying to steal our hard working money. Make sure you always look at the evidence and take it to the TDS adjudication. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Complete liars. I’ve rented for almost 8 years in London and never faced problems, only with Kallars.

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.
