She's very experienced and dealt with the whole process in a seamless way, from suggesting minor cosmetic improvements, recommending a property management company, to a solicitor dealing with conveyancing. After many viewings and and we had accepted an offer within a month.

Made moving in to my new flat an absolute horrible experience (and an illegal one by the way)

He responded quickly to my initial enquiry, explained the process clearly, and kept me updated throughout.<br><br>The marketing was excellent, with Richard taking fantastic photographs that showcased my flat beautifully. Phil was always responsive, patient, and proactive, keeping things moving and making sure I was informed every step of the way.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phil and the team at Your Move. They made the process of buying my flat seamless, their communication was excellent, they were super proactive in chasing things on my behalf and really just took a lot of the stress out of what is a very stressful experience. Particular shout out to Angharad, who absolutely kept me sane and was amazing in translating my solicitor's 'legal speak' into something I could understand. She was reassuring, kept in contact and took a really human approach; I knew I could call or email her with any question, big or small. Overall, I would completely and absolutely recommend Robinson Jackson as an estate agent. I was delighted with the service I received from them.

She was incredible from the start, giving us the full star treatment - the first flat we viewed with her was the one! She hit the nail on the head with what we were looking for, and got it secured for us within a day of viewing it. She was very friendly and personable, answering all queries and questions effectively and efficiently. Having had negative experiences with moving in the past, we were absolutely thrilled to have had such a great one with Jada. 3rd Aug 2026 (8 days ago)A great experience with Truepennys and I would recommend them. John was really honest and helpful from the start. Their fees were the cheapest compared to other agents and they tried to get me the best price compared to other agents. They even read my meters for me after completion as I was away, and flagged a maintenance issue they discovered one time on viewings, offering to send someone to fix it. It went a bit quiet at one point and I had to call for updates but I would rather that than be hounded with phone calls. I felt in control of the experience and they listened and acted on my instruction. Both John and Wallace were great to work with - thanks Truepennys!

26th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)This letting agency manages the property next door to where I live. In that property, there lives a mother, father and three young children under the age of ten. THIS LETTING AGENCY/LANDLORD HAVE FAILED TO MAKE URGENT REPAIRS TO THE FRONT DOOR OF THE PROPERTY, CREATING A FIRE AND SAFETY HAZARD FOR ALL THAT LIVE INSIDE. THE FAMILY ARE UNABLE TO USE THE FRONT DOOR AND ARE FORCED TO ENTER AND EXIT THE PROPERTY VIA THE BACK GARDEN.<br><br>THIS HAS BEEN A DISREPAIR ISSUE FOR OVER A MONTH, SINCE THE FAMILY MOVED IN. BOTH THE FAMILY’S AND MY REQUESTS FOR REPAIR HAVE BEEN IGNORED.<br><br>God forbid, if there was a fire to the rear of the property, this family has no safe fire escape route because MANN (and landlord) has not carried out the necessary urgent repairs to the front door for over a month.- 15th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Meet the lovely Carina today.
