She's very experienced and dealt with the whole process in a seamless way, from suggesting minor cosmetic improvements, recommending a property management company, to a solicitor dealing with conveyancing. After many viewings and and we had accepted an offer within a month.
15th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Very poor experience with Will @ Marsh & Parsons.<br>Low balled on price and then agency had the gall to change agents halfway through. Will's Communication as new agent was consistently bad: emails ignored, minimal updates about significance of isues faced, thry had a complete breakdown in their relationship with my tenant, I had to chase constantly with no responses.<br>Marketing was also misleading: poor photos with bad angles (despite feedback), making a king bedroom look like a single, and key areas like the bathroom weren’t shown. They also repeatedly refused to correct an incorrect address listing (shown as a main road), which hurt enquiries significantrly. Claimed they couldnt fix but easily solved by another agent. Marketed aggressively as BTL property in listing despite agreeing to target FTBs?!<br>A call to request updates was horrendous: defensive, dismissive tone, constant interruptions, no clear next steps, and refusal to take responsibility for the lack of communication - talked over constantly and threatened to hang up when asked for next steps rather than aggro. Blamed everything on tenant (and then even myself as vendor!) rather than offering what to do. So aggressive and sexist I actually made a complaint.<br>Overall, unprofessional from start to finish. Could not secure even one viewing over 3 months. Would not recommend.

Within days we had a host of interested buyers and ended up with an agreed sale above the asking price.<br><br>We bought our house 30 years ago from John Payne. Good to know that they are still the Best Estate Agent in Greenwich.

From the initial valuation through marketing our property to exchanging contracts, he was knowledgeable and professional - providing what always felt like genuine advice based on his experience of the market. He always replies to calls and emails and was really helpful in the final stages of the sale, liaising between solicitors and getting us over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and to recommend his services to others.

They told us they would find someone to rent our flat within 3 weeks and they delivered. We were a bit nervous after week two but Emanuel Tawiah put the extra work, worked above and beyond and deliver as promised. Special mention to him on top of the rest of the team.<br>The agency was very flexible, Sam the manager listened to our concern and worked with us.<br>We do recommend the agency!

We had several valuations on our property, but felt that Jamie was the most honest and had excellent knowledge of the local market. The photography package was great, and after only one week on the market, we received five offers and secured the right buyer. It was the service Jamie provided after this stage that really went above and beyond. We were part of a complicated chain involving eight properties, and Jamie made sure all agents and parties were kept updated while continually pushing things forward. I honestly don't think we would have moved without his expertise, guidance, and advice throughout the process. If you're looking for an honest, hardworking estate agent in the area who truly goes the extra mile, Jamie is your man. Thank you, Jamie, for all your help and support.

He has always been courteous not overpowering and understanding of me in selling my house even though I've had swatters then being really ill in an induced coma for several months.<br>The empathy shown while selling my house was Amazing and went through like a dream at the right price. He guided me through every stage of the process, and the property I ended up purchasing was entirely his recommendation and fits what I need perfectly. Communication has been really clear, and everything has been done efficiently. Everyone says buying your first home is hugely stressful, but Cavan has made the process incredibly smooth and painless!

We thought the outstanding member of the team was Aicha through the process whos open and honest communication was very much appreciated. Not to forget Harry too who was very supportive throughout all the viewings. 3rd Jun 2026 (23 days ago)Chris and the team worked really hard to ensure that our flat was sold - even when we lost our first buyer and had to find a second very quickly to be able to purchase our desired second home. We spoke to one of the team almost daily at points and they were always professional, flexible and accommodating. There was a point where we were being asked for more money to incentivise our seller to still sell to us - which we did not do and don't believe that anyone should have to - but that was the only negative in what was otherwise a successful process. Kallars were the cheapest option we looked at and the team were great.

3rd Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Truly the worst service one could experience from an estate agent. John and Mariem were extremely unreasonable, obstinate and down right rude. Refused to request items from the landlord like removing furniture and allowing keys to be returned early at end of tenancy. Our boiler broke on one of the coldest days in winter and we had to quote the unfit for habitation act before they responded to my requests to send someone to fix.
28th May 2026 (29 days ago)We are so happy we decided to go with Strickland as our estate agents. We recently sold our 2-bed flat as we were looking to find our forever home. From our very first conversation with Terence we instantly could tell that they knew the area inside out and immediately pointed out all the things that made us fall in love with the area and the flat. So many other estate agents that we’d seen didn’t even know the area so it gave us so much confidence that Terence and Jamie would be able to talk to buyers about all the best bits of the location. We also appreciated the honest approach as it really helped us set our expectations about the market. They worked incredibly hard to find the right buyer for our home and handled everything with professionalism and care. They managed to find us a buyer within a week of it being on the market! They then really supported us through surveys, price negotiations and we always felt like they had our backs in those negotiations. Despite their best efforts our first buyer pulled out (no fault of theirs) and they managed to find a new buyer immediately. From offer and right through to completion, the whole team made us feel supported, reassured, and genuinely looked after during what could have been a very stressful time. Jinny was also so on it when making sure the sale went through and she took on the chasing for everyone in the chain!!! We honestly wouldn’t have got it over the line without her persistence and professionalism. Overall we always felt in the loop, and whenever we had questions or concerns, someone was there to answer quickly and honestly. We felt like they cared about us personally, not just about making a sale, as they took the time to understand our situation and always had our best interests at heart. That level of attention and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. We’re so grateful Terence, Jamie and Jinny for helping us get our forever home. We would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

9th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

They kept us informed every step of the way, communicated clearly, and were always easy to deal with. It was refreshing to speak to the same people throughout, which made the experience feel much more personal. They never came across as pushy or overly sales-focused - just genuine, professional, and supportive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
