Thank you particularly to Conner, Alex and Wallace in what was a tricky transaction, I couldn't have done it without them and would heartily recommend. I met with 3 agents and Truepenny's were the obvious choice - they were selling my home, not just a house, great communication, great expectation management and understood both mine and my buyers priorities. Had a buyer in 5 days, all vetted and ready to go. A fantastic experience compared with my buying - thank you again all.

She managed to find what I was looking for in a short time (top floor flats, reasonable service charge and long lease) and really went the extra mile with making the most of our time with multiple viewings with a smile:) Even though my circumstances changed and I no longer need to view flats, I highly recommend Samantha as an agent to find your dream property!

Not only was my apartment sold quickly but throughout a long and difficult process their representative, Richard, was constantly in touch: chasing up solicitors, talking to the buyer, driving the process along, keeping me informed at all times. His input was invaluable and I was very lucky to have found him.

28th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)Found Inner City Estate's performance disappointing. Ms. Lenka from Inner City Estate lacked expertise in property sales. As a representative, she appeared unprepared and directed clients to the website for property information. Despite attempts to offer guidance, her grasp of the subject matter seemed insufficient. Additionally, she often interrupted others when lacking pertinent information herself. It was evident that she was not suited for the role of selling properties, which demands a higher level of proficiency compared to managing rental properties, where her strengths may lie.
26th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)This was my husband and I's first experience looking for property in the UK. The agency has been so communicative, accessible, kind and prompt to respond. I have been in contact with a lovely women in their office and a different man met me at the property, gave me the keys and offered to walk me through the unit and he answered all of my questions. We worked with Sam Hawkins and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional but also really friendly, easy to talk to and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all which I find to be so rare. Sam was honest and knowledgeable regarding all parts of the unit and property, and he answered all of my million questions. Thank you!

They also were extremely helpful when it came to answering questions from the solicitors. Vanessa from the resales team went above and beyond for us and helped guide us through the process. When we were in our property we never had any issues with moat, always very fair and helpful. So pleased to have bought our first home through moat, we will always be grateful for the whole experience of shared ownership

Unit 2,Montreal House, Surrey Quays Road Montreal House, Surrey Quays Road, SE16 7AQ(455 reviews)2nd Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)I have now rented a property from Ludlow and I would recommend to work with them , there is no time wasting they only send you properties that are within your budget and criteria , they were great at speaking to the landlords to ensure everything was ready before moving in , everything was done through them including advice on bills , broadband etc. Kern was helping us and anytime we needed to call was always there to Fox any problems that we were facing such a great lad ! ???????? If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again UPDATED REVIEW… thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again

They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.

Panay was great in terms of liaising with all parties involved and handling enquiries in an efficient manner. He represented himself professionally and is a credit to Highcastle Eststes. I am over the moon as my completion date is the 15th March 2024. I can not wait to pick up the keys to my new property and meet the team at the Goodmayes Branch. Thank you to Panay and all team members.
3rd Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Never ever let from Chase Evans. The apartment I let had 2 faulty switches which caused multiple electric shock incidents. I complained to my property manager Danish twice after this. I eventually decided to move out of the property because they are not responsive. Adriana in the office told me that Danish is no longer working in Chase Evans and he did not communicate your issue before he left. When I called Adriana's manager, he told me that Danish never left Chase Evans. He just moved teams. Now when I call to ask for my deposit, Adriana never takes the call and ask her colleague to pick it. I don't know her name but she very rudely cuts the phone without giving me the information I need. I am filing a case against them now. Worst experience I ever had dealing with letting agents. Would not recommend at all.
