16th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Put in an offer which was accepted then received an email stating that purchase fell through. Lied and stated that it had been discussed on the phone which it had not. Dealt with us like we were buying a pair of shoes not a house! Hope to never deal with Louise ever again. Written an email to the area manager because the handling of the whole thing has been an utter disgrace. Constantly sounded frustrated that our house wasn’t selling quick enough - look at the state of the economy - houses aren’t exactly selling in a week! Anyway, if I do ever have to buy a house through Acorn, will be specifying who I do NOT want to deal with. Nonsense behaviour

He was responsive, professional, and made everything from viewings to paperwork feel straightforward. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and he went out of his way to make sure the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough to anyone looking to rent through this agency.

They made the process of buying my flat seamless, their communication was excellent, they were super proactive in chasing things on my behalf and really just took a lot of the stress out of what is a very stressful experience. Particular shout out to Angharad, who absolutely kept me sane and was amazing in translating my solicitor's 'legal speak' into something I could understand. She was reassuring, kept in contact and took a really human approach; I knew I could call or email her with any question, big or small. Overall, I would completely and absolutely recommend Robinson Jackson as an estate agent. I was delighted with the service I received from them.

Useful information about the properties and areas as well as quick responses to messages without ever getting the stereotypical estate agent 'hard sell'. 14th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Estate agents can sometimes have a bad reputation but honestly my experience of purchasing our house through John Payne in Blackheath and Karen Hedges in particular has been brilliant. From the first viewings to guiding me through the purchasing process has been smooth and Karen gave me every confidence that she was in control with regular communication and her experience really helped. Would wholeheartedly recommend.- 21st Jul 2026 (21 days ago)We had Godefroy as our estate agent who was honestly great from start to finish, he was patient with us showing us multiple apartments on Saturdays for months, then after some time he gave us a call to let us know there’s an apartment he thought we’d really like and we did. The process of the purchase was longer than expected but that had nothing to do with Godefroy, if anything it would’ve taken a lot longer if it wasn’t for him being as proactive as he was. He always picked up when we rang, was always chasing both sides, immediately would follow up on emails. I am fully convinced if it wasn’t for Godefroy going back and forward with them the solicitors would’ve taken much longer than they already did. Would recommend, especially Godefroy.

3rd Aug 2026 (8 days ago)A great experience with Truepennys and I would recommend them. John was really honest and helpful from the start. Their fees were the cheapest compared to other agents and they tried to get me the best price compared to other agents. They even read my meters for me after completion as I was away, and flagged a maintenance issue they discovered one time on viewings, offering to send someone to fix it. It went a bit quiet at one point and I had to call for updates but I would rather that than be hounded with phone calls. I felt in control of the experience and they listened and acted on my instruction. Both John and Wallace were great to work with - thanks Truepennys!

That should be all the recommendation I need to give really...<br><br>After meeting several agents I chose Youssif because I believed he could sell my flat, efficiently at market value. It was clear he had very good, hyper local knowledge, knew his portfolio, where my property could fit in and the buyers it could attract.<br>Like Kevin & Co I also work for an independent company which competes against larger national firms, and saw a familiar hunger and passion this David vs Goliath positioning creates.<br>We agreed an asking priced based on Youssif valuation, other's I'd had, plus my own gut feeling of where the market was. Yousif was perfectly happy to discuss all these things, gave good insights and checked in regularly throughout the sales process without ever feeling pressured or badgered.<br><br>Kevin & Co, Youssif, Gary and all the team were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone selling a property.

THIS LETTING AGENCY/LANDLORD HAVE FAILED TO MAKE URGENT REPAIRS TO THE FRONT DOOR OF THE PROPERTY, CREATING A FIRE AND SAFETY HAZARD FOR ALL THAT LIVE INSIDE. THE FAMILY ARE UNABLE TO USE THE FRONT DOOR AND ARE FORCED TO ENTER AND EXIT THE PROPERTY VIA THE BACK GARDEN.<br><br>THIS HAS BEEN A DISREPAIR ISSUE FOR OVER A MONTH, SINCE THE FAMILY MOVED IN. BOTH THE FAMILY’S AND MY REQUESTS FOR REPAIR HAVE BEEN IGNORED.<br><br>God forbid, if there was a fire to the rear of the property, this family has no safe fire escape route because MANN (and landlord) has not carried out the necessary urgent repairs to the front door for over a month.- 15th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Harry and Michael have been amazing!
