14th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Excellent company to do business with for the selling of my house.<br><br>All the staff at the Belvedere Branch were totally professional, helpful and always ready to answer any of my questions i had throughout the process of which there were many.<br>A special mention has to go to George Bontoft who literally went above and beyond to help make the process as seamless as possible and was the calm voice of reason.<br><br>I would have no problem recommending this company and especially the Belvedere Branch to anyone who is either buying or selling a property.

Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken
