When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 18th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Recently worked with Gemma on a flat purchase and she was brilliant in helping push the sale over the line. She was proactive, kept me informed throughout the process and was always approachable and professional. She was also very knowledgeable and if there was ever anything she didn’t know, she was honest about it and took the time to find out rather than giving vague answers - something I’ve unfortunately experienced with other agents. My only criticism would be that the original listing could have been clearer regarding the ownership and rights surrounding the courtyard. Aside from that, it was a positive experience, I'm extremely happy to be in and I’d happily recommend Gemma!
15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

We had several valuations on our property, but felt that Jamie was the most honest and had excellent knowledge of the local market. The photography package was great, and after only one week on the market, we received five offers and secured the right buyer. It was the service Jamie provided after this stage that really went above and beyond. We were part of a complicated chain involving eight properties, and Jamie made sure all agents and parties were kept updated while continually pushing things forward. I honestly don't think we would have moved without his expertise, guidance, and advice throughout the process. If you're looking for an honest, hardworking estate agent in the area who truly goes the extra mile, Jamie is your man. Thank you, Jamie, for all your help and support.
