They managed to prepare & upload announcements, arrange house viewings in a half day and come up with three offers all within 10 days. We are now agreed to complete the sale of our house at a favourable price in early August.<br>Throughout the sale process we have been provided all necessary assistance by a team of professional staff including Peter, Ian, Maria, Sue and Kevin. They were responsive, helpful and friendly. We are thankful to what they have done.

30th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Fantastic. Selling a house can be scary. I'd lived in my house for 33 years and process has changed so much. By Jackie and Marie held my hand the whole way. When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. Useful information about the properties and areas as well as quick responses to messages without ever getting the stereotypical estate agent 'hard sell'. 21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We had Godefroy as our estate agent who was honestly great from start to finish, he was patient with us showing us multiple apartments on Saturdays for months, then after some time he gave us a call to let us know there’s an apartment he thought we’d really like and we did. The process of the purchase was longer than expected but that had nothing to do with Godefroy, if anything it would’ve taken a lot longer if it wasn’t for him being as proactive as he was. He always picked up when we rang, was always chasing both sides, immediately would follow up on emails. I am fully convinced if it wasn’t for Godefroy going back and forward with them the solicitors would’ve taken much longer than they already did. Would recommend, especially Godefroy.

15th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.
27th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)We had a really enjoyable experience with the team at B&K’s Brockley branch, particularly with Michelle who we worked with most closely. Communication was excellent throughout, by both phone and email. Whenever cover was needed, it was always arranged and communicated in advance to ensure continuity of availability. We were kept updated proactively throughout the process, often before we’d even thought to ask. We felt genuinely supported through the entire home-buying process, from booking our first viewing right through to completion. It’s been a real pleasure having the team’s support the whole way - thank you for helping us in our first-time buying journey!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A BUYER - AVOID HAMPTONS!??<br><br>Called their Blackheath office to book a viewing to see Masons Hill, Woolwich.<br><br>We agreed to view on 4 Saturday July at 11:15 a.m but Susan called later and told me she couldn't accommodate me at 11.15am. I explained to her that I have many viewings lined up the next two Saturdays as I live far and I cannot come in earlier or attend during weekdays.<br><br>I explained that I am a full cash buyer. Later, the woman said you're not special. We have many fully cash buyers. Needless to say fully cash buyers, no mortgage is actually rare so Susan is being deceitful and is not operating in line with the Ombudsman Code of Conduct and have reported this to the Ombudsman.<br><br>Susan was rude, obnoxious and unpleasant to deal with. Rather than being or taking the sympathetic approach, she takes the direct and rude approach.<br><br>Horrendous experience as a prospective full cash buyer and have second thoughts on viewing properties with Hamptons.

2nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I could not be happier with Johns & Co, and in particular Anthony Norton and Rhiannon Howard! They made what can often be a very stressful process so much easier. They were incredibly responsive throughout, even while on annual leave, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. It felt like they were doing the job of my solicitor as well!<br>Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to meet Rhiannon in person when I collected the keys to my flat, as she was in a meeting, but she truly deserves special recognition for all of her hard work and support.<br>As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process incredibly stressful and frustrating at times, but Anthony and Rhiannon were there every step of the way, providing reassurance and chasing things whenever needed.<br>I'm now officially four weeks into my new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to everyone at Johns & Co, especially Anthony and Rhiannon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

Was introduced to him by a corporate firm in Hong Kong and they didn’t let me down, you get a personal and fast approach from him and hes always on the phone when needed. Fast and strong company to deal with, I have used several over the years in my time but all 6 of my properties are now with ernest brooks under Elliot I would simply have no need to use anyone else. If your looking for a good international exposed estate agency I couldn’t recommend Elliot and Ernest Brooks team anymore, easy communication from Asia and a lovely relationship formed over the years ?????? If you live in Asia and need estate agency help, speak to Elliot Rainbow in London hes the best and go from there!

Paul made everything feel straightforward from the very beginning, and his professionalism and communication continued throughout both our sale and purchase.<br>Paul kept us informed every step of the way, always available to answer our questions, and worked hard to keep everything progressing as smoothly as possible.<br>We always felt supported and knew we were in safe hands. Thank you for all of your hard work in helping us move into our new home.
15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I have been iffy about Your move in the past i have to admit, they just seemed to the best choice amongst a bad lot which is Real Estate Agents (now you can be sure my review is real and not bot generated!) but the current team is just over and above exceeding expectations. We are based in Australia and UK agents charge a percentage fee that is not allowed in Australia so I have been consistently annoyed in the past with substandard service for that fee. HOWEVER. The current team who helps us (and help is too small a word, i will elaborate below) of REBECCA RUBY AND POPPY are phenomenal. All the things I expect them to do are done promptly with swift communication such as but not limited to - handing keys to contractors or friends, checking mail that still comes to me, organising viewings, taking photos on entry and exit of tenants, setting realistic price expectations with me, vetting tenants and putting them into the property. Above and beyond they actively advised me when laws were about to change and recalcitrant tenants who weren't paying rent needed to be served and gave me the concise pros and cons with getting rental income protection insurance. Previously I would organise gas certificates etc myself as I felt they didn't source competitive quotes but now they provide a range and I am comfortable they are not just tendering to 'mates'. I could not be happier. And hope all 3 stay on as i trust and like them.
26th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)This letting agency manages the property next door to where I live. In that property, there lives a mother, father and three young children under the age of ten. THIS LETTING AGENCY/LANDLORD HAVE FAILED TO MAKE URGENT REPAIRS TO THE FRONT DOOR OF THE PROPERTY, CREATING A FIRE AND SAFETY HAZARD FOR ALL THAT LIVE INSIDE. THE FAMILY ARE UNABLE TO USE THE FRONT DOOR AND ARE FORCED TO ENTER AND EXIT THE PROPERTY VIA THE BACK GARDEN.<br><br>THIS HAS BEEN A DISREPAIR ISSUE FOR OVER A MONTH, SINCE THE FAMILY MOVED IN. BOTH THE FAMILY’S AND MY REQUESTS FOR REPAIR HAVE BEEN IGNORED.<br><br>God forbid, if there was a fire to the rear of the property, this family has no safe fire escape route because MANN (and landlord) has not carried out the necessary urgent repairs to the front door for over a month.
