23rd Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)Just don't go there. Individually very pleasant people, as a firm, hopeless. I engaged them with specific agreed conditions which they all seemed happy with but were totally ignored. They had a tenant in the wings but did not send me any signed hard copy tenancy agreement until the tenant had taken up occupation three weeks previously. They are expensive for poor performance and ignore instructions taking it upon themselves to follow their own devices. Keys taken away preventing cleaners access. More keys cut contra to instruction and overall totally ignored my instructions, contract conditions and expensive to boot.
6th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)AVOID USING FOREFRONT, use someone more reputable. Lack of communication, when that communication does come it’s unclear & muddled up with communication from all other parties. Our estate agent left the company midway through the process & the person picking it up had no clue about the process nor wanted to get bought up to speed. 4 months into the process, after waiting patiently, we were asked if we had a mortgage offer??? The one rare time we got any communication from Forefront, the estate agent handled the situation very poorly, leaving a sour taste in our mouth. Safe to say we will never be using forefront again & I strongly advise you not to use forefront, use someone more reputable like Richard James, Haart or Charles Harding.

Carol, Janet, and the team went above and beyond to assist us throughout the entire process, making it smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication truly made a difference. I highly recommend Hanley's estate agents to anyone in need of reliable and supportive assistance in their property search.
16th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Estate agent didn't bother to provide address or phone number that you could contact them on so after wasting £40 on fuel and 4 hours, estate agent didn't even bother to turn up. Claimed they were in the office below the house but didn't leave any indication anyone was present. Stood 15 minutes out in the cold and not once if they were there did they bother to check outside (especially if we didn't have a house number). Add on top the lying about street parking in the area making the travel useless even if they bothered to turn up. No real apologies just "we were there". There or not absolutely no effort to check we were there or help to find the property. Landlords avoid as no one will show future tenants around.
29th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Great experience, kept me updated continuously. Have moved several times over the years and these guys undoubtedly are the best, absolutely no complaints. What you expect from an estate agent but don’t usually get.

Can’t fault the experience I had with them and would highly recommend. Professional, helpful and not arrogant like most estate agents - was a refreshing change
