8th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)All the above 'excellents' look ridiculous I know, but they accurately and honestly reflect the service that I have received from Richard James which has been nothing short of astonishing. From the very initial photographs for the advertisement to keeping me informed of viewings and confirming the results of viewings, they could not have been more attentive and considerate. In particular I must name and thank Mr James Sargeant of their Wroughton office for his dogged and persistent qualities. I live in Devon and was afraid that I might not be kept quite so well informed as a result, but I need not have worried. Jordan found a buyer, advised me accordingly, estimated the length of time the sale could take from start to finish, and exactly three months later, (the time Jordan estimated), the house sale was completed!. And their costing for all this was very resonable when compared to other estate agents I spoke with! I was kept informed regularly throughout the selling process and all in plain English. Taking my experience into account, I would highly recommend Romans estate agents!
