14th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Whatever the issue you face they don't respond. It was very bad experience. When we ask anything, they say it is managed by landlord and he will come and sort. I don't know why they are taking rent if they don't solve customer issues.

8th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)All the above 'excellents' look ridiculous I know, but they accurately and honestly reflect the service that I have received from Richard James which has been nothing short of astonishing. From the very initial photographs for the advertisement to keeping me informed of viewings and confirming the results of viewings, they could not have been more attentive and considerate. In particular I must name and thank Mr James Sargeant of their Wroughton office for his dogged and persistent qualities. I live in Devon and was afraid that I might not be kept quite so well informed as a result, but I need not have worried. I continue to be delighted with Richard James performance and would urge anyone selling a property to ring them up tomorrow - or even this afternoon!

21st Jul 2026 (15 days ago)All of the staff at Atwell Martin have been absolutely fantastic, I couldn’t fault the service and information I’ve been provided . From the pictures and house tour video by Stuart, Lynn who carried out the viewing on our behalf and Ben who has dealt with the sales process all the way through to exchange and completion have been absolutely flawless. I would 100% recommend this branch and would not look to go anywhere else in future when looking to purchase or sell a future property. Thank you all once again ????????????

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. Dorinda went above and beyond her role, proactively liaising with the third-party referencing company and helping to resolve issues that could have delayed the process. Gee was equally supportive, guiding me through the referencing and guarantor requirements and helping ensure that everything was completed within the required timeframe. Their responsiveness, patience and willingness to help made a potentially stressful process much smoother and enabled me to move in as planned. I am extremely grateful to them both for their exceptional service and commitment.

24th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Absolute pleasure dealing with Jordan and his team. Sold a house in Shaw on my behalf which was under Trust restrictions. Jordan found a buyer, advised me accordingly, estimated the length of time the sale could take from start to finish, and exactly three months later, (the time Jordan estimated), the house sale was completed!. And their costing for all this was very resonable when compared to other estate agents I spoke with! I was kept informed regularly throughout the selling process and all in plain English. Taking my experience into account, I would highly recommend Romans estate agents!
17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

They were always at the end of the phone or quick to respond to emails whenever we had any questions, and they kept us updated throughout the process with timely and clear communication.<br><br>A special thank you to Rachael and James for their professionalism, patience, and support from start to finish.
