28th Mar 2024 (26 days ago)Recently I enquired about rentals and Ms Chele was very Profesional ON THE PHONE from day 1, conversation to visiting the office for bookings. Dressed very smart ,office dress code every time I visit the office superb, with of course a beautiful smile all the time. She appears to be of great high Quality experience like her other manager Demi from Care 4 Properties. Chile is not only knowledgeable and proactive, but she is also proficient and solutions driven.i viewed few rentals and with few minutes ,all application forms were on my emails and responsive was fantastic.I would highly recommend Chele to any other person endeavouring to rentals.

They are a 10 out of 10 service and go above and beyond what is asked. They are a reassuring constant that we knew we could rely upon when we needed that support and advice. John, the sales manager has been by our side right from the start. He gave us a competitive and fair valuation and listened to our own requirements. John is professional, friendly, positive, caring, accommodating and took extra steps to make sure everything was streamlined. We cannot thank John enough for his hard work with getting us over the line. Many of Austin Hawk's team were involved at some point bringing skills and expertise which made you realise what a special service you are receiving. In the early stages, Alison prepared a brochure which presented the property in a clear but accurate and eye-catching manner. Luke from sales was also such a supportive figure when we asked many questions or needed some direction. Georgia took excellent photography and precise dimensions. She made sure our home was shone in the best light possible to grab the attention of potential buyers. When we had many viewings, it was organised in an efficient way that made sure it didn't interrupt our daily lives too much. When a buyer was found, it was handy to have Austin Hawk as a co-ordinator between us and the buyer. Austin Hawk helped smooth out any issues that had arisen and provided us with extra information on the lead up to moving day of what was happening. We certainly recommend Austin Hawk to anyone and wish the company the best of luck in the future. We will miss you all.
23rd Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)Just don't go there. Individually very pleasant people, as a firm, hopeless. I engaged them with specific agreed conditions which they all seemed happy with but were totally ignored. They had a tenant in the wings but did not send me any signed hard copy tenancy agreement until the tenant had taken up occupation three weeks previously. They are expensive for poor performance and ignore instructions taking it upon themselves to follow their own devices. Keys taken away preventing cleaners access. More keys cut contra to instruction and overall totally ignored my instructions, contract conditions and expensive to boot.

They were superb and helped us in every step. The communication was great and their response was very efficient. I would highly recommend them.
28th Sep 2023 (6 mo. ago)They were excellent communicators and went out of their way to help us even when there was no financial benefit for them. We would recommend anybody buying or selling a home in this area use them - as their customer focus and understanding of the local area is unparalleled.

Throughout the tenancy Jacqueline Marchant – Currie has been amazing making sure we're kept up to date on issues and changes as well as just being very approachable and earnest, she really did make renting an easier experience. Would recommend above many other rental agencies we've used in the past

Joe, Amy and Courtney were amazing, professional and friendly throughout the entire process, even with delays caused further down the chain and the stressful situation the process can be, they went above and beyond to assist, chase up solicitors, other estate agents and be available whenever we needed them. Highly recommend!

27th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)The worst lettings/estate agency I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. All staff dealt with have been incredibly unpleasant, contentious, arrogant, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. This includes the practice manager who failed to respond appropriately or professionally to a complaint. I am contemplating taking further action.

25th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)They don't like it if the sale doesn't go to plan. Due to circumstances outside our control ours didn't and we then received a shocking email threatening us with 50% fees if our buyers pulled out. What they don't tell you is that they're a franchise, and they also don't sign up to The Property Ombudsman or any organisation to follow a Code of Conduct.... you will have no legal redress if things go wrong

I have no complaints whatsoever and Deborah handled everything very professionally. Communication was prompt, thorough and professional and at no point did I feel 'out on a limb'. Now that I'm in my new home, I won't be needing to use their services again - not in the immediate future, anyway - but to those considering a move then I would recommend you take a very close look at them.
