There were numerous omissions regarding state of the property internally, and to say it was 'Professionally decorated throughout' was an utter fabrication! If there had been a truthful description of the property we wouldn't have of wasted our time.

She is warm, friendly, informative and went out of her way to be helpful and encouraging during the viewing and afterwards. Her help/info was definitely a factor in my my decision to go ahead with the purchase of my new property.
25th Jun 2024 (11 weeks ago)THE BEST THING we ever did was to contact STENTONS Estate Agency!!! They have a SUPERPOWER!! Ask and you shall receive ! The best help and advice you will ever need for renting, or buying a property. Even when, like us, living on a mountain in Wales, is no problem for them! They can use their powers to find you a house as quick as you like, have you view it just as quick and generally give an excellent service. One of their magic makers is Holly! (Not just for Christmas) but an all year round star trooper! She has made every effort she could to help us with our search. Not only did she find us a lovely house. She kept us informed on a regular basis with her knowledge and her inbred talents for matching people to places, helping them along the way in finding them what they need. DON'TBELIEVE ME! CALL THEM! 9th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)Disgraceful and deceitful estate agents. We put an offer in on a house last year but we kept being told they couldn’t get hold of the seller. This went on for two months with no calls or correspondence from John Francis except for when we called them. We would be met with the same “we’ll try and contact the seller now and call you back” only to not hear from them again. Eventually a friend of ours called to enquire about the house and they were told the house had just been sold. After checking what the house went for on Zoopla I now find it sold for 20k less than what we had offered! Why was it so hard to just tell us they didn’t want to sell to first time buyers

31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
