Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Excellent communication, phone calls answered promptly and queries dealt with in a timely manner. There’s no doubt that it’s been a long , bumpy ride, but Joanne’s tenacity over this period has enabled us to successfully sell our home. Professional, polite , always courteous and friendly, she is undoubtedly an asset to the team at Aled Ellis. We are very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend. 8th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)After a couple of very difficult years, contemplating selling our house and moving to a new start was daunting, the staff at Evans Bros were very professional and reassuring, both Dai and Angharad worked through the process and putting our property onto the market at a realistic price, this attracted lots of interest and an offer within the first week was accepted. communication was excellent and no question or request was too difficult. The whole process from offer accepted to completion was less than two months.
