Feedback after the 27 viewings was made quickly and allowed me to adapt the asking price and then achieve an acceptable offer. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenslade Taylor Hunt.

18th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.

8th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Shambles of a letting agency. Complete neglect of any issues that have occurred within the house. Disregard of any complaints, problems would rather be avoided than resolved. Only 1 working shower between 5 tenants, which leaks into the kitchen on occasion. The other bathroom cannot be used as it will leak into another housemates room. Avoid at all costs.
13th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)This company seems to be responsible for one of the worst eyesores in Somerset. Their collapsed hording around a development site is a disgusting mess. As it marks the gateway to Highbridge the owners, developers and agents have a responsibility to maintain it in an appropriate condition. I am pretty sure that none of the people in these organizations would want this sort of mess on their doorstep.

3rd Jul 2020 (3 years ago)We have been very happy with A&F. They have always been polite, friendly and professional. In a very difficult market they did not keep asking us to lower the price which seems to be most agents' fall back position.
14th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)I do not recommend at all as i was interested in a commercial property and was told it was available and they would call me back with more information i had asked about the property. I got no phone call back and called for three days in a row but no one answered. The fourth day i had called someone finally answered and i was told the property had now been let to someone else. I was very upset as i could have let the place myself but that was taken away from me because of the poor customer service.
22nd Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Where do I start...I suppose by warning you to avoid this company at all costs and on no account do you put your property with this company. Unfortunately, I had no choice as I bought into a leasehold property that had this company as the managing agents. To cut out a painfully long and drawn out story, my front door was vandalised in 2021…It is the managing agent’s responsibility to insure the premises for incidents such as this but for some reason refused to put in a claim. Eventually, after having to educate them, the claim was put in and was accepted. This is just the start of the uphill struggle with them. It is now some 9 months later and due to what I could only describe as a ‘lack of foresight’, I am still left with a broken front door and my tenants are living in an unsecure home. The next issue was when water started coming through my ceiling from the flat above, after lots of emails, multiple phone calls and many months later they have finally sourced their own tradesmen. When I went to check on the work, the water damage along with the stains were still visible. The infuriating part of this is that despite their offices being a 1-minute walk away, they couldn’t even be bothered to go and check to see if it had been completed to an acceptable standard. It seems to me that they really couldn’t care about their customer. The elderly lady that has been assigned to dealing with these issues has lied, proved to be incompetent, and hasn’t had the decency to apologise when she has made an obvious mistake. Ultimately, she has been the root of the problems and I do believe that there will be some good employees at this company who I can hopefully deal with moving forward, but just from her experience, I have to give the lowest rating possible. F.A.O any readers, I have done everything I can to ensure that these issues get fixed ASAP and have gone out of my way to provide 2 quotes for the door issue as well as 1 for the painting job.

We were really pleased with the photos and marketing, and viewings and achieved a quick sale. We were also very happy with the aftercare too, making sure the sale went through smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Charles Barnard again.

We then went to Charles Barnard Estate Agents and have nothing but good praise for everything the Whole Team did for us. We have not crossed the line yet but we hope signatures will be in the very near future.
