4th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Although the property wasn’t for us, Julie was a very diligent and enthusiastic sales agent. She gave us the benefit of the fountains of knowledge she had regarding the village and its facilities, which was interesting to hear.
9th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)DO NOT USE this Awful company for student lets. Throughout the entire year many issues were reported such as a broken door in one of the ground floor accessible bedrooms (security issue), leaking gutter, major mould problem (which gave my flatmate eczema; robin kings solution was to send us a YouTube video on how to prevent mould incl by using a tumble dryer which the house didn’t have ….), broken fridge handle etc and these issues required multiple follow ups before anything was done leading to very long delays. My friend had a desk in her room that was too big for the room; robin king said they would provide a new desk yet never did despite months of reminders…. Only benefit is they didn’t take our deposit. In contrast our landlord the following year (Bristol student lets) repaired any issues immediately and were a lot more pleasant to deal with. As you will notice most of the 5 * reviews are from the people who are letting their run down houses out at predatory rates to students who have no choice so they can profit whilst providing zero maintenance because students don’t know better. Not good as we paid a lot of money (they then have raised rent for new tenants) for the disprivilege of using this company
5th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Couldn’t recommend CJ hole enough! Kate was amazing throughout our whole purchase, she gave us weekly updates and helped push for the completion date we wanted! Would definitely recommend. If we ever needed to sell again would go with CJ Hole. Thanks again guys!

From start to finish, the whole experience of selling our home was brilliant.<br><br>A massive shout out in particular to Jack (COYS!), who was our agent throughout the process. He was so relatable, down to earth and just a genuinely lovely guy. By the end of it, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an estate agent! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the communication throughout was 10/10.<br><br>Clare and Jordan were also fab, stepping in and helping both Jack and us along the way whenever needed. The whole team just made what is normally a really stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Our house sold within 5 days of going on the market, and the photos and videos they arranged were amazing and presented our home beautifully. They'd even organised off market viewings, before it had even gone live.<br><br>We actually bought this same house through Bradleys back in 2020 and had a great experience with them then too, so it felt quite fitting that they were the ones to sell it for us as we move on to our next chapter.<br><br>Just a genuinely lovely bunch of people who are great at what they do. We’ve already recommended them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Thank you so much Jack, Clare, Jordan and everyone at Bradleys! ??

Cooper and Tanner found us fabulous tenants and we continued to rent through them until December 2025 when our tenants left and we placed our property on the market for sale through them. As a letting and estate agent they were always very professional, helpful, communicative and we are delighted to recommend them to others. We are particularly grateful to Caroline, our letting agent and Christopher, the manager, who dealt with our property sale. I should add all this was done from a great distance as we live permanently in the US.
