10th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)Shocking .....the admin staff are officious rude and insulting... they hide in the bushes with cameras policing a shared car park like vipers... but this sort of behaviours may be needed in your defthe court room. ???? personally I would use another firm.

10th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)One of the oddest experiences I've had in awhile, from the moment our listing went live we've had numerous issues with things being missing from the listing and then having to wait a week at a time for them to be added. Garage missing from the floor plan, bathroom missing from the overview, entire internal specifications missing from the description and then a month down the line noticing the EPC was never added even though we've got a valid EPC. The frustrating thing is that all of the above information was given before the listing went on and it was all still disregarded. When we emailed regarding our disappointment in the whole process and the fact we might want to take our listing down because it had been inaccurate for so long, it was gone within 24 hours with no response to our email. You can clearly see where priorities lay here.

8th Nov 2024 (19 weeks ago)Sophie, Anthony and YourMove were INSTRUMENTAL in our house move process. We used YourMove for selling our property which sold within days of being listed! Their services didn’t end there though, YourMove did everything and anything in their power to chase our buyers solicitors when all other parties in the chain were unable to do so and the buyers solicitor went radio silent. Nothing was too much to ask of the team at YourMove and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to family and friends! They were worth every single penny ????

Again quick to give an update when viewings had been completed. Always got back to you, which when selling is a stressful time they helped reduce what was in their gift to so. Also ,very friendly which, felt they were working with you, felt you were part of team.

31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
