10th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)We decided to instruct Good child's to sell our property for us as we felt we were getting value for money with what they offered. Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions. Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers. Highly recommended!
12th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

Tim, the salesman who came out to value our house, was knowledgeable, friendly and gave us great confidence from the start. He took the time to explain the process clearly and provided a realistic and helpful valuation. Throughout the sale, Georgia in the office was our main point of contact and she was excellent. She was always professional, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Georgia kept us updated at every stage and made what can often be a stressful process feel much smoother and well managed. Overall, the whole experience was handled very professionally and efficiently. We would definitely use them again and would happily recommend their services to others.

3rd Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I didn't find Cooper Green Pooks helpful at all. They overvalued the property, got us hardly any viewings and I had to chase for information. Even when I said I was leaving them they didn't even ask why? Overall not impressed.

They persevered and found the right buyer. Throughout Louise and Sue kept in regular touch, giving us helpful advice and encouragement. From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great. Pushing the sales along when we thought it had stalled!
