2nd May 2023 (1 year ago)The staff at the West Kingsdown branch of Wards have been very welcoming, helpful and proactive. They respond to telephone calls and queries quickly. They seem to know their local market and I trust their advice. As a client, you can open an online account which contains all the relevant information about progress with the sale. It is easy to use and very informative.

As soon as our property had been valued and the details made available the first viewing was taking place the very next day. All the people we had contact with were always helpful and very friendly helping us through a few difficult moments and we would not hesitate in recommend them.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
