22nd Mar 2020 (4 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.

Thomas Neville’s expertise, dedication and professionalism is unrivalled in my opinion. A lot of other agents could actually learn a lot from this chap. I’m recommending him to all my developer contacts, as he’s been in this business for over 35 years and I think there isn’t anything he doesn’t know when it comes to valuations and selling. 19th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely appalling company. I put an offer in on a premise to rent. Rang twice to find out if my offer had been accepted. I was told they couldn't get hold of the client, which is fair enough, xhowever I was also told they were going to ring me by the end of the day which they didn't. Day 2 not even a phone with an update.

Professional, friendly and efficient, Charles is just what you hope for in an agent and so rarely get- someone who listens and cares about showcasing your home and finding the right buyers- in my case, achieving the asking price in one week.
