21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)We have been buying a property through Strutt & Parker and were privileged to be dealing with Victoria . Guided through the usual “ Purchase Pain” the assistance she gave liaising with the sellers was outstanding .
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

4th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)terrible attendance. I was attended by a gentleman and I was very embarrassed. I felt like rubbish. me and my husband were treated like nothing. I believe because we are immigrants. I do not recommend this agency to anyone!

It really felt like we were on the house selling journey with “friends” who really cared. This continued with Tamsin who was brilliant with sales progression through to the end The whole team went above and beyond. We felt reassured and supported throughout and would definitely recommend. Totally love you all. Massive thank you for your dedication and commitment.

Le Grys created an attractive marketing campaign that really highlighted the strengths and unique features of the house the photos and overall presentation were excellent. They also managed the viewings with great care and efficiency, giving me clear feedback after each visit. The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.

They handled all of the viewings and photos professionally whilst providing expert advice throughout. It can be difficult to deal with Shared Ownership properties, but Caroline & team made the sale as smooth as we could have hoped for. Thanks for all your help.

15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)They were okay. We worked with a few estate agents in the area and ended up buying with Vince Taylor Tofts. They seemed eager at first and then seemed to lose interest after we didn't make an offer on the third house viewing, even going as far as to suggest we make an offer as soon as we'd viewed a house 'because the sellers will have to sell to another interested party if we don't'. One of the managers was also rather...creative in his description of the garden size of a property we viewed which ended up wasting our time, and the time of the agent as it was nothing like he suggested. When our offer was accepted, I made a point of emailing all the agents to let them know, so they don't spend any time looking for us and Oakfield were the only ones who didn't bother responding.
