26th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Reviews keep getting reported, and deleted!
Text message after text message from them about Karma, and how spiritual and honest they are. While refusing to give me invoices for building works they had managed, and overcharged me for! As I am asking them to negotiate the cost of the roof, they have gone ahead, and started installing the roof! Roofers who replaced roof, threw all the concrete debris into the top floor attic room, through roof opening to save money on a second tip! Only found out after roof had been replaced.
21st Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Vendors & buyers beware. Poor communication & couldn’t negotiate their way out of a paper bag, let alone generate a sale of a property I agreed a purchase price for. Rude. Refused to answer any questions relevant to enable purchase to proceed after paying for property survey. Thank you John & all at S & C ??????
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)A big thumbs up for Mike at Wood & Pilcher in Heathfield.
We were recently involved in the buying and selling process which featured a difficult chain, Mike was excellent and helpful in keeping things moving along with good communication throughout.
Mr S & Mrs T Davies.
6th Oct 2026 (29 days ago)It has been a difficult two years selling our house. Our estate agent was always committed to helping us all the way. I couldn’t recommend them enough
18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Can’t praise the staff more especially Joe and Andy who went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill
26th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills
21st Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Ben and the team were absolutely brilliant throughout - they helped us find a home and were like friends to us throughout - highly
Recommend
8th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Keith & the entire team were wonderful from the initial valuation until the completion of the sale. I live over 600 miles away from the property they sold, & they were professional, extremely helpful & always kept me updated on everything that happened. I would firmly suggest with regard to selling a property with them that you absolutely listen to their advice, particularly with regard to the valuation, always remember they know the market in the area. They didn't just do the basic estate agent things but went above & beyond to ensure the property was sold. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Friendly and responsive team who managed to sell my house in a slow market!
24th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Aidan and Team were very helpful and easy to communicate With.
16th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Excellent service from Pat and the team. Very professional advice on market conditions and positioning, excellent negotiating, good communications throughout, supportive and a pleasure to deal with.- 12th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Huge thanks to Chloe Deboick, the letting negotiator we dealt with. Having not rented in years, she was knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend!
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We haven’t bought a house YET from Crane&Co. However, despite the beautiful house we were shown, Dan was an amazing host. He answered all our questions, made us feel so welcomed as if it was his own home, welcoming guests into and even answered questions we didn’t even know we needed to ask. 10/10 customer service
19th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I have recently exchanged on a property through YourMove, almost a year after first viewing it. It has been a drawn out and stressful process but throughout it all Emily and her colleagues have been great. Available, honest, kind, and knowledge. Emily has gone above and beyond to get this purchase across the line for me and I am very, very grateful. Emily is awesome!
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Like many others, all they want is your signature on the agreement, they put it on rightmove etc and that's it. No one does any work anymore. Not even a call from them after going "live". Not recommended.
12th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)A beautiful green space with differentiated areas, equally amazing and peaceful. Brings back childhood memories especially the walled garden and ponds. Visit recommended
25th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Very professional. Very helpful and extremely polite staff in particular Lusi and Sadie who went above and beyond to help with all aspects of our purchase. We would highly recommend this company for a fantastic service from start to finish. Thank you all and thank you for our purchase gift, it was such a lovely gesture.

2nd Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Our experience of using Foresters in Heathfield has been a breath of fresh air. Phil, who dealt with our purchase is not your stereotypical estate agent, he was very friendly, proactive and made the whole process painless/enjoyable. 10/10! Thank you all.

15th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I've had the great pleasure of working with Ana and her team on a number of occasions. They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
Neville and Neville Estate Agents

25th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Neville and Neville highly enough. Thomas Neville provides a personal top-tier service that the big agencies simply can't match. Having previously dealt with large corporate agents who lost sight of the seller's interests, Thomas was a breath of fresh air. He strikes the perfect balance: accommodating purchasers professionally while keeping his primary focus, integrity, and loyalty entirely on the seller. To Thomas, a sale isn't just a number—it’s personal. His deep industry experience, hands-on support through thick and thin, and willingness to go well above and beyond got my sale over the line in a challenging market.
3rd Nov 2026 (1 day ago)We were very pleased with the service we received. They found us buyers quickly and negotiated a really good price for our home, which was a great start. Communication became more limited once the solicitors became involved, but they did a lot of chasing behind the scenes and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly when it came to getting us to exchange. Their persistence and efforts at that stage were very much appreciated. Overall, we were happy with the service and would recommend them.
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)The service that I received was amazing. Everything was thoroughly explained. Every time I asked a question or raised a concern, it was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

They guided us through every step of the way.
22nd Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Excellent service and support from Karen and Connor. As a local estate agents Oakfield got very good reviews which prompted us to choose them.
The reviews are fully justified and I would recommend them to anyone.
They were both very friendly, had a good understanding of the local market, are efficient and realistic in their marketing .
Thank you for all your efforts
29th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)Great staff , very good honest communication
